Licensing is Anjouan which is certainly a popular license these days, at least with licensees. But that isn’t necessarily good news for players and, TBH, the jury is still out on that. There’s no record of complaints on the Casinomeister Forums so that’s a bit of encouragement. Self-exclusion at ZuluSpins is of the “email us, wait 24 hours, we’ll talk” variety which is better than nothing but not by much; self-exclusion in the 2020s should be “effective immediately” or you’re missing the point. Complaint resolution is the usual Support, then internal Complaints Dept, then…? The casino says nothing about where the player can or should go after the internal processes are exhausted but they don’t say anything against it either so you take your chances I guess. Overall this casino looks like a pretty mixed bag to us.
