Caesars Palace Casino USA Review
US-facing casino with appealing bonus terms and high transaction limits
Casinomeister's Verdict
Caesar’s Palace is run by one of the most recognizable casino operators in the US, and there’s a lot to like about the site. There’s a generous welcome bonus, with wagering as low as 30x the bonus amount (if you’re playing slots). They also offer a great set of deposit methods, and the only withdrawal limit is a $10,000 daily transaction cap. On top of this, the support team left a good impression during the week we tested the casino, as they were quick, professional, and on point.
The main downsides have to do with the relatively limited number of game providers on the site, as many big industry names are missing. Plus, the layout can be somewhat confusing, and the barebones search functionality doesn’t help the matter.
Still, this is a reliable brand with a long history in regulated jurisdictions, so players don’t need to worry whether it’s legitimate or not. If you play here, be sure to share your experience in the forum. And if you’d like to know more, see our full Caesar’s Palace casino review below.

30x wagering on the welcome bonus
From the Desk of Max Drayman
Unfortunately we have to alert players to the fact that complaints resolution with a US-licensed casino is generally not an option: US-licensing is a closed loop in that when it comes to player complaints the casino talks to the licensing body and the licensing body talks to the casino and neither party is likely to show much interest in talking to anyone else. This means that there is (typically) no option for 3rd party dispute resolution. If you have a problem at a US-licensed casino you have no choice but to deal with them directly and do whatever they tell you.

BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS
Caesar’s Palace has an appealing welcome bonus, as well as a number of recurring daily bonuses. There’s also a great rewards program and an invite-only VIP club.
Caesar’s Palace Welcome Bonus
The casino has a simple and straightforward welcome offer for new players: a $10 no deposit bonus on registration, followed by a 100% match up to $1000 on your first deposit, right up there with many high roller bonuses. They also offer 2500 in Reward Credits for players who wager at least $25 during their first week — these credits have to do with the loyalty program, but more on that later.
To activate the bonus, you must wager your initial deposit within the first 7 days of claiming the offer: 1x on slots, 2x on video poker, and 5x on other casino games. As for the bonus itself, the wagering requirements are 15x the deposit + bonus amount on slots, 30x for video poker, and 75x on other eligible casino games.
The wagering time limit is 7 days after you claim the offer, so it may be a bit short for high rollers. Still, the wagering requirements are good, just remember to carefully read the terms before claiming the bonus, as they’re always subject to change and may differ based on what state you’re in.
No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers
As mentioned above, Caesar’s Palace offers a $10 no deposit registration bonus, but that’s as far as their no deposit offers go at the moment.
They have multiple smaller bonuses that are refreshed daily, including various bonus money and free spins offers. For example, at the time of writing, they have $10 in bonus money with 5x wagering, if you make a minimum deposit of $35. That said, it’s nothing overly impressive, but we like it when online casinos keep their offerings fresh, and something is always better than nothing.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
Caesar’s Palace has an invite-only VIP program, and unsurprisingly, it was impossible to find much info on it. Then, there’s also the Caesars Rewards program, and the way it works is simple: you play, accumulate Reward Credits (1 per $5 wagered on slots, and rates differ for other types of games), and these can be exchanged for bonus money with only 1x wagering.
There are also other benefits that don’t have to do with the online casino specifically. The Reward Credits can also get you discounts on hotels, restaurants, retail stores, and much more. You can see the exact benefits on the dedicated Caesars Rewards page, but needless to say, the program offers good value for returning players. But as always, read the terms carefully,
Banking & Payment Methods
The casino supports a good selection of payment methods, including: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, eCheck, ACH, Trustly, PayPal, Venmo, PayNearMe, and wire transfer. Unfortunately, Caesar’s Palace is not a crypto-friendly casino, but they still cover a broad set of options that’s unlikely to leave anyone wanting.
Withdrawals aren’t the fastest and the casino may take up to 3 days to process your request, though they fortunately support weekend payouts. There are no fees, and the daily withdrawal limit is set at $10,000 without a specific monthly cap, so it should be more than enough for most players.
It’s important to keep in mind that Caesar’s Palace runs KYC checks on all players. You’ll be required to share personal information (including your SSN) at registration, and the casino will later verify your identity by requesting a personal ID, a photo with your personal ID, and a proof of address.
Responsible Gambling
Caesar’s Palace has a comprehensive responsible gambling page, covering what responsible gambling is and going over the list of warning signs that can help players figure out if their gambling habits are becoming a problem, and they direct people to a helpline if they need it.
The casino also has a few responsible gambling tools, including several types of personal limits:
- Deposit limit,
- Spend limit, and
- Daily time limit.
All of these can be set on a daily, weekly, and monthly level. And if you need to take a break, you can also activate a cool-off period for a period of anywhere from 3 days to 30 days. Those who need a longer break can self-exclude for up to 5 years, or even permanently.
Customer Support at Caesar’s Palace
Caesar’s Place support is available via email, phone, and live chat, with 24/7 availability across all channels. All the agents we talked to throughout the week were quick to reply and addressed our questions accurately, so we have no complaints on this front.
On top of this, the casino has decent self-help resources, covering promotions, payments, account info, and more. It’s a bit basic and we would’ve preferred to see the information presented in a more accessible and digestible manner, but it’s not a big deal when a casino actually has high quality support.

Caesar’s Palace Casino Experience and Features
Looking at the Caesar’s Palace online casino site, you’ll find no gaudy bells and whistles. It’s as simple as they come: white background, games at the forefront, and quick shortcuts to important sections like your account, responsible gaming, and support pages.
We found the layout a bit confusing since the home page features two columns that both flip between games and promotional offers, so it may feel cluttered and overwhelming to some. Still, scrolling through it, you’ll find various categories that make it easy to find something to play, covering both game mechanics and aesthetics.
If you prefer mobile, you’ll be happy to know Caesar’s Palace has a dedicated app available on both the App Store and Google Play Store. The layout is similar but the experience is understandably smoother, so the app is the definitive way to experience this casino on mobile.
Brand games
Caesar’s Palace Casino Game Providers
Caesar’s Palace has a relatively small list of about 20 providers on the site, which is a much more limited selection to what you’ll see at other online casinos. Still, the casino manages to offer a good variety of games, even if some popular titles are understandably missing.
Caesar’s Palace Slots
The casino has a solid selection of online slot games, with a number of categories that should help you find what you want to play. There are separate categories for jackpot slots, megaways, bonus buy games, and even a section with titles exclusive to Caesar’s Palace. Additionally, you’ll also find categories for other types of online casino games, such as slingo, keno, video poker, table games, and various themed categories.
Live Casino
The live dealer game selection is a bit limited, but Caesar’s Palace still doesn’t disappoint. They have blackjack, baccarat, and roulette, including some variants, too. You’ll also find craps, sic bo, and some popular game shows like Crazy Time. All in all, not as good as some other casinos we reviewed, but they still have all the important bases covered.
About the Caesar’s Palace Team and History
Caesar’s Palace is operated by Caesars Entertainment Inc, the corporation behind many recognizable brands, hotels, and land-based casinos throughout the US. They’re the second-biggest casino operator in the US by revenue, following close behind MGM Resorts International.
The Caesar’s Palace online casino is licensed to operate in New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Keep in mind that regulations differ from state to state, and that may be reflected in the casino’s game library, general terms, and bonus offers.
