Unfortunately we have to alert players to the fact that complaints resolution with a US-licensed casino is generally not an option: US-licensing is a closed loop in that when it comes to player complaints the casino talks to the licensing body and the licensing body talks to the casino and neither party is likely to show much interest in talking to anyone else. This means that there is (typically) no option for 3rd party dispute resolution. If you have a problem at a US-licensed casino you have no choice but to deal with them directly and do whatever they tell you.

VIP and Loyalty Programs
We really wanted FanDuel Casino to score high in the VIP game, but we ran into nothing but disappointment.
First of all, we couldn’t find the VIP page anywhere on their website. The only thing we spotted that even remotely resembles a loyalty scheme is their FanDuel Casino Rewards Club, which is neatly nestled in their FAQs section.
But that’s where the waters get muddy. They talk volumes about the exclusive cashback bonus, reward club points, and birthday bonuses, but not a word on the requirements or eligibility conditions.
At this point, we did what we do best in line with our casino reviews methodology — dig deep and ask around. We got in touch with their customer support with a whole bunch of questions, and unfortunately, they didn’t make this whole ‘VIP thing’ any less hazy. The agent told us that ‘if we feel like we qualify’ for their loyalty program, they could reach the VIP team on our behalf. We’re not sure what would have happened next, but our guess is the VIP team would then decide whether we’re worthy enough or not right on the spot based on their hunch.
Based on what we’ve seen, it might as well be as if they didn’t have anything. With zero information on terms and next to nothing on perks, if you asked us — the FanDuel Casino’s VIP program is almost not there at all.

The selection of payment methods at FanDuel casino isn’t mind-blowing, but you’ll probably find something that’ll work for you. They take ACH, Wire transfer, Trustly, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and several others.
The minimum deposit sits at $5, which is pretty reasonable. There are no maximum withdrawal limits — a commendable move we don’t get to see very often.
The withdrawal timeframe, though, is pretty standard — withdrawals to e-wallets and cards can take up to 24 hours, while bank transfers can drag on up to 7 business days.
Luckily, you’ll need to go through the identity check right after signing up, so when you’re ready to withdraw, you won’t be stuck waiting for them to process your documents.

We’d love to see FanDuel listing some useful resources for problem gambling, but we’ll take what we can get since they’ve made the process of activating all the tools really simple. Once you fill out your info, you’ll meet a chatbot that you’ll have to get past to talk to a real person. But once you get through that, you’ll probably connect with a really knowledgeable and ready-to-help support rep.

FanDuel Casino’s website seems to be all about clean aesthetics. Everything’s crisp, games are neatly separated into different categories, so you won’t have trouble finding your way around here.
