Zevcasino has hold on to my winnings for 3 months.

Hi all,

i just received an update from askgamblers that my complaint is unresolved by Zevcasino.
I am very new to the complaint system but i have in the 7.th of Desember won approx 23k euro at Zevcasino.

I did get a payment og 3,5k euro very fast but then my winnings got stuck. Their last 9 post in AG have been about my account is under investigation which is in this case completely BS.

My account is completely verified. They are owned by SG international NV which operate many casinos. When i read about hjem there are not so many good reviews unfortunatly and i have seen a pattern of withdrawals taking long time expesialy with a player at Casoo who waited 5 months for his withdrawal

Today Zevcasino also closed their account in askgamblers but their site is fully operational.

I have sent Zevcasino many email but they have not reply to one. Does all this mean i have lost my winnings? Its really sad.

I am very new to Casinomeister, i got it recomended from a friend. From what i can see its a great community

its strange like some new casinos are always sooo well rated on askgamblers, eventually close their AG account after some unresolved complaints like yours and then the player goes nuts and we never hear from him again

please do not ever reverse anything at least...
You can do a PAB here which is basically a complaint with a casinomeister being your advocate trying to resolve your issue privately with the casino. From the start I had a bad feeling about zevcasino. Clearly fake reviews on AG. Lots of it. Asking them to resolve anything is pretty much a conflict of interest from the start. Curacao clipjoints doing their best to ruin it for you. Start with a PAB after reading the rules. I’ll help you get started. Don’t give out any infos, comments or anything about them or your complaint publicly from now.
 
Thank you for the help hhhello. It has truly been a hastle over a long period of time. I do now understand that deep back ground check of casinos is important and what you say about conflict of interest in AG is interesting and true.

Really hope to get som help from the PAB. I will not comment or say anything about casino in this complaint moving forward.

Everything on Askgamblers is paid for they are part of the Catena Media group. Look at all the really dodgy casinos who get 8/10 9/10, it makes no difference how good a casino they are, it's how much they pay catena that determines their rating. Much better looking at player rating son here for somewhere to play.
