In response to your comment in your post that you view this as a " breach of the targeting children rules" I would like to confirm the ad is fully age-gated to 18+. You may be aware the ASA requires advertisers to take all reasonable steps to ensure that their ads for gambling products aren’t directed to under 18s, and whilst we acknowledge the emoji's used could be appealing to children, if they were exposed to it, in this case, the post is sufficiently age-gated so that it can only be seen by Facebook users who are registered as aged 18 or over.

Hi, i am trying to cash out on guts, been trying for a week now. It keeps asking me my documents that i provided of course. Then i am told my credit card is too blurry so i provide extra documents like the credit card statement, the transaction show to the casino and other things. Then i am send i have to send again all documents like nothing was good. I keep running in circles and it's very annoying. I am verified all over internet just guts was one i never cashed out on and now that. Why you always have to ruin it everytime something fun is happening.

Was just looking under their promotion tab and the winners list looks kinda light (14 names, for a contest thats been running daily since the 5th). For two rpizes daily for 23 days I'd have expected to see a lot more winners names.

dunno what's going on at GUTS besides the obvious site issues
tried to deposit yesterday via prepaid - which i do every week and have for the past 5 years
and card was declined
check card status - activated and full balance
naturally, live chat says contact bank (pointless) as it's their issue but did anyway, and card provider says it's clearly being stopped at GUTS end
which, it very obviously was, as I turned around and tried elsewhere and deposited fine.
Got a new card today, tried at GUTS...declined again.
So, dunno what's going on their side, but it's costing them deposits (and referrals).

Table was still dead yesterday when I tried, no mater anyway, bonus expired.
Not always the most sensible, for the longest time I alternated between depositing with my visa debit and ecopayz, but always withdrew from day 1 to ecopayz, randomly it was decided by payments that I couldn't do that anymore.. I could only withdraw to ecopayz when I deposited from ecopayz, due to two different methods being used.. I chuckled as I asked how they expected me to withdraw my funds then and they suggested I register for bank transfer.. because it was impossible to withdraw to the visa debit.
Somehow the irony was completely lost that somehow the best solution was to have me register for a completely new payment method, to avoid me using two payment methods..
Policy is policy, my deposits dropped by no less than 50% at that point.. instead they were made at the sites that didn't impose such arbitrary ridiculousness on what had long been the standard operating procedure.
It must be lovely though to be so secure that it doesn't matter who you lose here and there.. especially if like me they're still depositing and playing happily at 2 or 3 of their others storefronts anyway..
Was in reference to the blackjack table that the thanksgiving $5 was offered on.
Was still out of order at last check, but no matter, bonus is gone now anyway ;-)
As to the banking, while I understand the logic, it's unfortunate.. all it did was prevent me from depositing except from my ecopayz.. or as a tie over with the visa debit while I wait on an ecotransfer, so I can still deposit with eco after the card to get the withdrawal where I want it..
So.. kinda moot I guess.

I am really sorry to hear the inconveniences you went through last night. Unfortunately, the payments team was not working so we could not provide you with a proper answer why the prepaid card was not working.
However, as we have located the issue now, I can inform here that we are still occurring issues with Canadien Prepaid card deposits. The issue is being looked into as we speak. My apologies regarding this.
I hope the issues will be resolved as soon as possible.

I will try my best to update you guys, it is sometimes a bit tricky especially when issues occur at night time.
This issue is only affecting Canadian prepaid cards, and all other methods are functioning as they should.

strange, it's a very specific GUTS issue
both nights when the cards wouldnt work at your site they worked fine at 2 of your competitors, so hopefully something you can fix![]()
