That group is one of the worst for bonuses. As far as I remember I got the initial welcome bonus and about 6 months later 10 free spins, wouldn’t have been at more than 20p and got banned for abusing the bonus systems t’s and c’s:laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:. As far as I am aware Thrills is no longer available in the UK after tomorrow. Thrills and Rizk both have the level up system linked to the worst games Quickspin ever produced and believe me there is a wide choice. I must be nearing 1,000 free spins with a total return of around £20. What an incentive to level up that is.
 
Quite many casinos seems to go way that offering deposit bonuses is not really great value for them compare to players who prefer to play without any deposit bonuses and wagering requirements (now when casinos more offer bonuses what you can forfeit and keep your winnings if you haven't touch your bonus money yet, players might be happier to take them as well and lower bonus cost for casinos).

Unfortunately for many of us, it is that loyal players who keep bringing good amount of deposits month to month, are these ones who are really rewarded, can't really blame casinos for that. If willing to just get deposit bonuses, there are many sites all over where to claim them, some of them with not such a nice terms for payouts and other rules....

Personally only deposit bonus i many times use is to try out new site to get bit more play time with low first deposit and if happy, will deposit there without deposit bonuses and bonus terms which getting more complicated all the time in many places.

Then i am told my credit card is too blurry so i provide extra documents like the credit card statement, the transaction show to the casino and other things. Then i am send i have to send again all documents like nothing was good. I keep running in circles and it's very annoying. I am verified all over internet just guts was one i never cashed out on and now that. Why you always have to ruin it everytime something fun is happening.

Lots of errors on website for iPad. The website takes forever to load to log in. This is ongoing. Sometimes I give up other times I wait. Yes cleared memory cookies etc. Still takes forever.

But here are just some errors I’ve encountered the other nite whilst playing. Also just a general comment why do we have to click on a game the it takes us to the logo of the game with the play button next to it. Seems extraneous. Also the logos for the games on that second page are not clear and are distorted.


This first error one comes up every time I get logged out and then try to get back in.

Today I learned (despite my belief last week) that if you time it just right, you can indeed win spins on The weekly guts treasure hunt. This is Good.

I also learned that 100 $1 spins can generate $85.40. That's ok....

The worst lesson though is that if you then drop the bet to $0.50 and spin spin spin...
You can go to zero pretty quick. That's Bad.

So class.. what did we learn (some of us much slower than others...)

Was just looking under their promotion tab and the winners list looks kinda light (14 names, for a contest thats been running daily since the 5th). For two rpizes daily for 23 days I'd have expected to see a lot more winners names.

dunno what's going on at GUTS besides the obvious site issues

tried to deposit yesterday via prepaid - which i do every week and have for the past 5 years
and card was declined
check card status - activated and full balance
naturally, live chat says contact bank (pointless) as it's their issue but did anyway, and card provider says it's clearly being stopped at GUTS end

which, it very obviously was, as I turned around and tried elsewhere and deposited fine.

Got a new card today, tried at GUTS...declined again.
So, dunno what's going on their side, but it's costing them deposits (and referrals).

Not always the most sensible, for the longest time I alternated between depositing with my visa debit and ecopayz, but always withdrew from day 1 to ecopayz, randomly it was decided by payments that I couldn't do that anymore.. I could only withdraw to ecopayz when I deposited from ecopayz, due to two different methods being used.. I chuckled as I asked how they expected me to withdraw my funds then and they suggested I register for bank transfer.. because it was impossible to withdraw to the visa debit.

Somehow the irony was completely lost that somehow the best solution was to have me register for a completely new payment method, to avoid me using two payment methods..

Policy is policy, my deposits dropped by no less than 50% at that point.. instead they were made at the sites that didn't impose such arbitrary ridiculousness on what had long been the standard operating procedure.

It must be lovely though to be so secure that it doesn't matter who you lose here and there.. especially if like me they're still depositing and playing happily at 2 or 3 of their others storefronts anyway..
 
Got a response from GUTS via email stating -
There is a technical issue with some Credit Card deposits from Canadians. This is being looked in to.

If there's known technical issues being looked into would it have not made sense to apprise your own staff of this as opposed to them blaming it on the credit card provider and instructing players to take it up with their banks?

Anyway, hope it's resolved soon.

I am really sorry to hear the inconveniences you went through last night. Unfortunately, the payments team was not working so we could not provide you with a proper answer why the prepaid card was not working.

However, as we have located the issue now, I can inform here that we are still occurring issues with Canadien Prepaid card deposits. The issue is being looked into as we speak. My apologies regarding this.

I hope the issues will be resolved as soon as possible.

The main reason behind the solution, that we do not allow to withdraw to Ecopayz after Visa deposits, is that due to anti-money laundering and risk purposes it much safer and secure the let the withdraw go only to a verified bank account, instead of an E-wallet. This is due to stricter rules from regulators and that we always have to aim to close the loop for all methods used - if the card is not accepting transactions to be sent back we need to use Bank transfer instead.

I do understand it can be frustrating, especially if you can not withdraw to your Visa anymore, for a reason or another. It is a shame if it is reducing your experience and time spent with us as we always wish to provide the best experiences for our players.

Referring to the upper part, 'Table was still dead yesterday when I tried, no mater anyway, bonus expired.'', I am not quite sure what is this referring to, could you possibly provide more in detail explanation if assistance from us is required.

strange, it's a very specific GUTS issue
both nights when the cards wouldnt work at your site they worked fine at 2 of your competitors, so hopefully something you can fix :)
