Hey slotmaster!

When you create an account, the system, by default, shows you the option to withdraw back via bank transfer. By the time you start depositing, the system will create new withdrawing options depending on your deposit methods.That will happen if it's possible to withdraw back via same method. For example, if you deposit with a prepaid voucher, the system can not create the same method to withdraw back your winnings.

P.S. Sorry for the late response but the Halloween Theme giving me really hard times to even look at the screen :o

Was in guts squad,got kicked out cause i wasnt depositing my normal thousands a month, still was playing though...
I then get charged these big fees for depositing $300 incurred a $7.50 fee, customer support said its normal so i said f"*%® you and closed my account...

Initially apologies for the delay in response.

With regards to no longer being part of the Squad, you were sent an email on the 15th and 28th September to confirm that without meeting the activity guidelines of the Guts Squad you may not be part of the squad.

In terms of the fee's, it is our standard 2.5% fee when depositing via a Visa card.

I appreciate that a certain level of activity is required but depositing thousands a month? Seems the Guts Squad is reserved for highrollers only:rolleyes:
 
Sorry to add fuel to the fire but the response above is more or less word for word what I expected from the Guts CM team before I even read it!

Not the way forward when trying to retain players who are depositing thousands or regaining the faith from CM players.

I think a little more thought is needed with these responses if the original intentions are genuine.

Just saying.

Maybe fair enough,I hadnt been depositing as much,2nd sept to my last deposit on 6 oct $1850 nzd,think i made a rare withdrawal too that probably counts against,but my playtime was still probably more than the 40 odd hours a week,just wasnt losing as bad I spose
Apart from the initial cash bonus last year for making it into the squad,the deposit fees waiver,I got $10 for my birthday but don't think i got anything else for being in the squad,I thought id get sent a t-shirt or a badge at least.
anyway thanks for the reply,but i pay enough money for the privilege to lose it all,the fees on depositing got up my goat is all.

So just as an update

I never did get copies of my documents as I requested, I did get a PM saying I was verified. However they never bothered replying to my message back, so customer service still the same as far as I am concerned.

I have to admit I went through all the grief everyone did a few weeks back...having to get re verified and being a ridiculous chore of back and forth emails. But once sorted $ arrived. And last wd was quick as could be. Tonight's was processed immediately. so perhaps just a few transition hiccups.
One complaint. My Immortal romamce achievements were wiped. And now have to earm them all back. Gah.
But a nice Xmas wd to take the blight off shopping.
Support has been good too. Perhaps again a few hiccups to those not familiar with me personally. But all have been polite :)

i am a bit disapointed and feeling sad because i did not get credited Freespins for the new Slot release like always in the Past. I deposited few hundered euros and wagered much more this year . Only i did not deposit the last month the only one where no deposit come from in me.

So i went to live chat to ask about why no freespins and about the answer I really don t know if i should wine or laugh -.-

I did not get them because i wagered no 10€ this month, nobody ask about how much more i wagered and deposits all the month before -.- ?!?

I think we can all agree Bryan is a good guy. Maybe pm or flag him regarding corcerns before the rumour train rounds the rails. Personally I've had a good run and rapport with GUTS and even I don't know a current point-of contact (and I work to know my managers and.owners).
They still treat me well and honour old commitments.

I think we can all agree...'days of Ben' are long gone.
Hopefully a/the rep will be with us the long haul.

I have sent doc's across YEARS ago and again and again and again.

Managed a small w/d last night and at least expected to wake to it received this morning.

Nope more nonsense and documents requested from a casino I joined well over 3 years ago.

I'm REALLY starting to think they lost them now.

THis really is customer care at it's shoddiest :mad::mad:

I never meant for a split second than a £5'ers worth of FS and a 0.5% chance of winning a couple of hundred quid would fix everything.

What I meant was it would show that actions speak louder than words and they do keep their promises.

This would be a totally insignificant percentage of the big picture, "lots of road to go" but it would be a good gesture to start the ball rolling.

That been said, I ain't bothered really whether we get it or not (looks like NOT judging by their reply already :rolleyes:) it was more a request / suggestion for others.

What I DO WANT is to stop being asked for KYC doc's and I want my poxy £100.

no mate it was maybe me mis reading it (sorry), i think they need to get their stuff together firstly & again here we go again these problems which has been so called sorted out again show up , that's my point about guts & why i left them too many false promises , i joined when it first opened under Ben so i've been pretty active player over at guts over the years but no e mails & not sorting things out far too many problems in here just added to closure for the account ,again they've lost a fairly good punter due to this , i do hope they sort it out )

Player support in general have to operate over certain guidelines to assist players on livechat and emails. As you mentioned, if you are not an active player over long periods they may not be able to help with it. If you don't mind please kindly share your email thru pm so we can have a second look and ask for opinion from casino team.

The docs they ask for I don't have, as I no longer have a Skrill account. In the past I made one (1) deposit, so, 99.99 of all my deposits are via Neteller and they have all docs relating to that account, plus I never use credit cards to deposit. They mention some last digits for credit cards, which I do not have. What is going on here??? I will send a PM to the Guts team, but I think you should all know about this.

I REALLY think you should make the effort.

The cost to your casino will be little in comparison to the business generated from CM / Guts members and players ;)
