Just to say thanks made a pab yesterday for nedplay

today they pay me only 28 days late funney how quick they can b when you talk to them still dont know why it took so long but thanks again
 
Im still awaiting payment.
My first pay out took 15 days.
They say the lost my documents.
Waiting 20 days now.
Contacting live support every day. (but aren't there 19 out of 20 times)
Also pm'd dutchrobin here at CM.
I did get a pm from here.
With a direct e-mail adress.
But no respons for 8 days now.
2 days ago they said they paid me, but I'm not so sure.
In my account it still says work in progress.
They said the money will be in within 3 days.
Keeping my fingers crossed.
Hope NEDPLAY will improve.

Why the excessive delay though? This was not a "one off", it seems many players are having such delays in receiving payment. It points to a fundamental problem somewhere, and one that needs to be addressed to retain player's trust in them (not that there is much of that left now).

Totally agree!

I remember when the casino started!
The big news was this casino was started by ex casino players.
There fore treating players correct.
That and the fact this was the first (also) completly dutch casino and me being dutch aswell tickeled my casino tastebuts.
It sounded promissing to me.
But now my casino tastebuts almost only tastes bitter.
