Worse loyalty program on net?

I've been playing at Royal Panda recently, great CS so far but the loyalty program stinks.
So far I have deposited getting on for $1k, played tens of thousands of spins at around 35c average bet and wait for it, I am 2/3rds the way to earning a whopping $10 comp!
Is this the worse loyalty program on the net working out at $10 per $18,000 wagered or 0.05% rakeback?
Afteral as a low roller depositing $1,000 is a fair amount and it takes some gaming to play 50,000+ spins
As a high roller you would get there much quicker but what is $10 when you would need to be betting $5 a spin to get there in any sort of reasonable time?
To put it another way you would need to play 60,000 spins @ 30c before earning 33 free spins @30c as comps. So play 60,000 spins get 33 free
And that is your "reward" hmmm. Sure it is something for nothin but is much less a something for nothing than the 5% house edge the casino takes as granted - actually 100 times less a something for nothing or just 1% of 100% casino profit going back to loyalty.

What do you think, what do your casinos offer?

PS
And talking of loyalty, apparently depositing a grand in a month at this place doesn't earn you so much as a happy birthday email let alone a gift. Now that's loyalty.

I said before the loyalty program is not good for small depositors / small rollers, There is a few casino's that are the same, Need to spend a fortune, Great site and all that just not very low roller friendly, You need to be spending big even to get the ball rolling,

You need to wager £5000 just for 10 twin spin spins, They do give out free spins low and do offers, The extra points and stuff is a bonus, There are other sites that are small roller friendly ,

Video slots for instance, You are bound to get something back even for mall rollers

The Loyalty program of Vera&John is also quite good as a low-roller. You get points for almost everything (login, deposit, game-play and a couple of other things) and there are some nice little tournaments.

And by the way: V&J gave me the best birthday present of all casinos (100% bonus). I also think they are especially low-roller friendly. Only little downer is when you withdraw less then €50 there is a fee.

Most comp point programs these days are crap and not worth the time and effort. How I miss the days of Royal Vegas Platinum Play etc from Fortune Lounge. They had the best comp program ever but then they changed it and it went to shit. Lost me as a player through that back then.

These days focus seems to be shifting more with other built in rewards such as cash races etc Like videoslots do really well. Having to spend a 1000 quid to get £1 back lol .... why bother is my answer.

I defo think all casinos could be a lot more giving when it comes to recognising regular depositors, when Hi Rollers or Low Rollers.

The odd £10 chip, especially when it is out of the blue makes me feel appreciated and also if there is a 50/50 where my next deposit is going then the more appreciative casino gets the deposit!

In most instances the casino is protected by the associated WR and it ends in a bust, however IMO this is overlooked as it was a freebie anyway and the bonus will extend the players loyalty even further.

Hi, thanks a lot for your feedback. I will discuss this internally, and get back to you with the outcome.

I'm very interesting in feedback on how we can improve our loyalty program. Would you mind sharing?

Idea, Maybe lower the points costs for smaller things like the free spins, I doubt the bigger rollers will squander the points on a few spins, But to lower rollers will be good,

Also maybe send out deposit bonus up to £25 & again I doubt the high rollers would bother with that, Yes they could and add extra small amount of cash to there deposit but its unlikely due to having restrictions on bonus,

First of all, thanks for showing some interest.
The idea with the shop and to buy items is great. Other casinos like Energycasino, V&J or Comeon also have this kind of reward/loyalty system.

Energycasino gives you basically 2€ for every 1000€ wagered which is among the best on the market and also has reachable other items like glasses or shirts which is not my cup of tea but nice to have some choices.

V&J gives you points for things like login (once a day), referrals, deposits, playing a game for the first time and so on and is quite nice for low-rollers.

Comeon also has a shop. You can buy several items once a month, then they have a cool-of and are available in the next month like bonuses, free spins or tickets for draws. However the price for the items compared to your shop are somewhat "cheaper" and you can buy more for your activity.

Basically your shop is great already, but it seems to take to much wagering/deposits to reach a level where you can afford something decent.

Besides the prices, are there any items missing in the store you think? This questions is not exclusively for Hedgehok btw. :)

I think with the free-spins you can try to be a little bit more creative.
10 free spins for Twin spin/Wonky Wabbits/South Park: Reel Chaos. That's nothing that thrills me to be honest.

Consider some "super-spins" like others have where the free spins are higher denominated or a bigger number of free spins with a discount.

You already have bonuses but maybe you can add discounted bonuses when you combine them with a deposit. For example that you can buy a 50% bonus of €50 for a deposit of €100 for 5,000 LP instead of buying the bonus alone for 8,300 LP.

Hi thanks for the response, in keeping with your excellent CS.

Wagering $18,000 to a low roller is a lot and the incentive just isn't there to earn $10 because of course by that time you are going to be on average around $900 down with a HE of 5%
Not only that it will take most low rollers 50,000 sopins or more to hit that mark - at 800 spins per hour that is going to take you over 60 hours of solid no break playing to achieve or even if you play 1 hours every day and 5 hours over weekend it is going to be over 6 weeks playing like that before you can start thinking of getting $10 comps back.

My suggestion would be firstly to make it a little less "tight" (Though granted you will not want to giveaway profits) and perhaps more feasibly make it so that low rollers have something to achieve in a much quicker timeframe.
You could for example award $5 alternative and cut the grind in half or given you only really do one deposit match bonus promotion of 50% per week then perhaps we could buy deposit match offers with points?
100% match coupon upto $50 max bonus or something for 100 points? You could play around with the ev by adding max cashouts or adjusting bonus amount or WR etc etc.

That would certainly make it more low roller friendly because as things stand I don't feel valued at all and even though I am just lowroller it takes thousands of sardines to feed the whales. (I've gone all eric Cantona :o)
Main points.
It is just far too tight.
It takes far too long and too much wagering to earn enough comps to make it any kind of loyalty incentive

how about a system based on levels such as @verajohn where u can redeem points on different things like fs, deposit match, free bonus. great that u r open to ideas

I'm not registered with RP but I would say that the best thing a casino can do for a regular depositor is notice when they're making more deposits and getting no withdrawals then saying "we've noticed you've not had too much luck lately, here's a few quid to give you another go" - by all means put wagering on it but I think its would show a great deal of consideration to players which can only improve their view of the casino.

That said, it should be optional so if they decide to make another deposit then they're not tied to wagering a bonus they didn't ask for!

problem with that at royal panda is that u have to wager bonus with cash so to wager that free bonus u would have to deposit:eek2:

Actually Royal Panda loyalty program is even shittier than I made out as just found out that huge 0.05% has a x35 WR attached to it as well:lolsign:

So checked my history and I have made around $1,000 in deposits in the last 3 weeks or so and withdrawn $300 and played tens of thousands of spins and not so much as a happy birthday or special deposit match bonus let alone gift.
And I'm supposed to feel valued that if I deposit a few hundred more they will give me $10 with 35x WR?
Nope not feeling it.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions, examples, and friendly words;) We started looking into it already, and I will do my best to have an update for you asap.

You're doing a great job in communicating towards us in the community(even though I miss a personal name instead of just Royal Panda).

I have no opinion regarding your comp program. I understand there can be different strategies in how to gain new customers, or retain old ones. One normally can't satisfy everyone even if you have the ambition to do so. I just like that you guys are active here on the forum and have a possitive attitude discussing this and other issues.

Keep up the good work!

Agreed. Only thing they can improve upon is their accredition status. ;)

Hi, sorry for that, trying to be as transparent as possible, so adding a name to my posts sounds like a good idea:)

My name is Peter, I just took over from Mark who got another position in the company (it's actually way better than my position so I don't want to talk about that:) If you have any questions/comments about our casino, contact me, I'll work it out.

I’ll have one of my colleagues (Melvin) joining me here soon. Becoming an accredited casino is also high on our agendas, we had a few thing we wanted to implement before we'd go for that.

Best,

Peter

So far from my experience the casino has been top class,

It is always good to make sure every think is in order before going for accredited, But no mater how far sorted you are there is always going to be some complainers, There is a couple of things I could see cropping up and thats (as per this thread) points program & the bonus with only cash counts,
I personally have no quibbles about the bonus side but would be nice to skint out on a site and than have enough points to buy a few spins :) with some points, The way the points are now I would have to empty my bank just to accumulate enough points for 5 extra spins.
But as long as there is a rep for site than it put players on ease, Especially if not accredited, Well it certainly does me any way

Any update on this?
For example, I am around $1,000 down at your casino and I am still over $2,000 wagering away from earning a whopping $10 with x35 WR as a loyalty reward things stand.
Your CS is top notch but I'm getting dreadful results at your casino and this awful loyalty program is just adding insult to injury.

Hi JackMack,

Sorry, but I don't have any concrete plans for you yet. We did have our first meeting about this topic yesterday, and coming Friday we'll have our second meeting. I really do my best to have something concrete before the weekend. I will keep you posted.

Enjoy your evening!

Hi all,

First of all, thank you all for the feedback. There’s nothing more valuable then feedback from our players.

We did some comparisons between loyalty programs, and we agree that we need to change a few things. You’re absolutely right, our shop items were too expensive. I also agree on the fact that we can be more creative with our shop items.

Below are the points I’ve discussed with the marketing team today:

•Pricing of all shop items in the “promotions” category will be cut in half. The changes have already have been made.
•The pricing of other shop items will also be reviewed.
•We’ll add new products to the Loyal Panda shop soon. We will be more creative with the items we add.
•We’ve scheduled some brainstorming sessions on how to improve the shop as well.

I understand that an attractive loyalty shop is more than just a shop with favourable pricing. Nevertheless I’m very happy we were able to cut our prices today. The shop is now on our agenda, and I will personally make sure that more changes will follow.

I do ask you to have a little patience to see more improvements, I’m about to visit Vegas at the end of next week, and as much I love the panda, I need some vacation time as well;) Other people will be working on the shop in my absence though.

Enjoy your weekend everyone!

Excellent, part of loyalty is being willing to listen and change.
More match bonus promotions would go down well also, especially 100% match even if these needed to bought with points.
That way you would be giving promos only to genuine players.
But don't make them too expensive as many casinos have much better bonus offers than Royal Panda to all customers without other requirements.
50 points for 50% and 100 points for 100% would be my suggestion but with perhaps a limit of one or two per week max being able to be taken.
Remember 100% match bonuses with x35 (B) WR still have a neg ev on 95%+RTP slots. (think I'm right on that )
Enjoy your jollies.

Update

Made 45 consecutive losing deposits at this S hole and even though been hitting 1 bonus every 300 spins that pay nothing since forever couldn't even hit a single bonus round with my compa plus deposit + bonus. Nice.
Just letting people know they should stay well clear of this place if they want to win once in a hundred years.
Grteat CS and quick payouts but what is the point when you get 75% RTP and can never win off 40 deposits?

Calm down mate - you know that it's not RP to blame for. Let me guess, you were playing DoA?

Its called gambling mate, I do it every day and lose, Its not good, Even mino depos like £14 -£17 on 19p - 30 bets money gone in minutes, Its why I take bonus as extra play and always a chance of hitting a big one and if do then wager no probs,

I know where your coming from low as deposits 20 take a bonus and next thing I am on 100 - 200 and time clear wager £4 Its not good

Calm down mate - you know that it's not RP to blame for. Let me guess, you were playing DoA?

Every body needs to let there stress out, When constant losing than can you blame them, I had my hat on for time and still believe in dodgy practice, NOT bothered, What ever money I got its got, No point saving to be called a tight arss, Got many mate that are tight and would not piss on them if on fire,

Hi all,

I'm Melvin, if you'd like to know more about me you can read my introduction thread

To follow up on Peter's previous post:

While Peter is on holiday and enjoying life, we have continued working on our shop!

Besides the previously announced price changes, we have now added three more popular games as a choice for free spins. To help out low stakes players, and allow them more chances to benefit from our shop as well, we even added 10 free spins for Starburst for only 150 LP Points. This means that we dropped price of our cheapest shop item from 500 to 150 LP Points.

The three added items are:
• 10 free spins for Starburst – 150 LP Points
• 10 free spins for Gonzo – 250 LP Points
• 10 free spins for Dead or Alive – 250 LP Points

And I promise you that we won't stop here! We will continue to listen to your feedback, and add or change items where we agree that they would make sense.

Some things that I have seen mentioned:
- Cash instead of bonus
- Deposit bonus (higher value) instead of No Deposit bonus

Should you have any more feedback or suggestions, please do tell us! Hopefully our recent changes show you that we're always willing to listen and act on good feedback.

Hi Melvin, thanks for your effort - very much appreciated and it's great to see that some suggestions materialized.

However I'd like to point out some points to optimize things even further. I assume you use lowest denomination for the free spins which makes the prizes incomprehensible.
- Dead or Alive 0.09/spin for 250 LP
- Starburst 0.10/spin for 150 LP
- South Park: Reel Chaos 0.20/spin for 250 LP
- Gonzo's Quest 0.20/spin for 250 LP
- Twin Spin 0.25/spin for 250 LP
- Wonky Wabbits 0.30/spin for 250 LP

That might need some adjustment. Could you also think of implementing higher amounts of free spins for discounted LP?
Also, as you mentioned Cash instead of bonus and Deposit bonuses in addition to No Deposit bonuses are worth consideration.

I hope I will see you guys in the BBF soon .

Hi Hedgehok,

Thank you for your reply and your suggestion!

We have just reduced the cost of 10 free spins for Dead or Alive to 150 LP Points, just like the Starburst spins.

We will leave all other spins at their current cost, as we don't feel like increasing the cost for Wonky Wabbits free spins. Should you want to go for the best value, I guess Wonky Wabbits is the way to go ;)

Only thing is you Currier needs a rocket in there engine, Up to two days to get spins  Amazon do not take that long to get something to your front door :)

Luckily "Up to two days" doesn't mean it will actually last that long! I guess if you look in your account now, there is already a chance that your spins will be there ;)

More good news about the Royal Panda loyalty program. :)

We've just added "Royal Spins" to the Loyal Panda Shop. You can buy 5 spins ($2/spin) for 800 Loyal Panda Points.

They are currently available for the games:
- Twin Spin
- Jack and the Beanstalk
- South Park: Reel Chaos

More changes to our loyalty program and shop are still on the way, but we're hoping that you are happy with our recent changes. Any input and/or feedback will always be appreciated!

Is OP already willing to take back his words? :D
(Don't worry, we will still keep improving our offer for loyal players even if you do!)

Never put any hope in commendation by players but that certainly is an excellent addition - no doubt about that.

I recently bought a €50 bonus in your shop and managed to withdraw on that so I'm particularly happy about all the changes that have been made. Thanks again for your efforts to improve the loyalty scheme.

I just want to thank everyone who contributed to this thread so far once again. If your name is in the list below, I would like to offer you 5 Royal Spins on one of the above mentioned games. Just PM me your Royal Panda username, and your preferred game.
