Worse loyalty program on net?

I've been playing at Royal Panda recently, great CS so far but the loyalty program stinks.
So far I have deposited getting on for $1k, played tens of thousands of spins at around 35c average bet and wait for it, I am 2/3rds the way to earning a whopping $10 comp!
Is this the worse loyalty program on the net working out at $10 per $18,000 wagered or 0.05% rakeback?
Afteral as a low roller depositing $1,000 is a fair amount and it takes some gaming to play 50,000+ spins
As a high roller you would get there much quicker but what is $10 when you would need to be betting $5 a spin to get there in any sort of reasonable time?
To put it another way you would need to play 60,000 spins @ 30c before earning 33 free spins @30c as comps. So play 60,000 spins get 33 free
And that is your "reward" hmmm. Sure it is something for nothin but is much less a something for nothing than the 5% house edge the casino takes as granted - actually 100 times less a something for nothing or just 1% of 100% casino profit going back to loyalty.

What do you think, what do your casinos offer?

PS
And talking of loyalty, apparently depositing a grand in a month at this place doesn't earn you so much as a happy birthday email let alone a gift. Now that's loyalty.

I said before the loyalty program is not good for small depositors / small rollers, There is a few casino's that are the same, Need to spend a fortune, Great site and all that just not very low roller friendly, You need to be spending big even to get the ball rolling,

You need to wager £5000 just for 10 twin spin spins, They do give out free spins low and do offers, The extra points and stuff is a bonus, There are other sites that are small roller friendly ,

Video slots for instance, You are bound to get something back even for mall rollers

If my calculations are correct. wagering £18,000 would get you £36 worth of points at casino luck, next casino or energy casino

The Loyalty program of Vera&John is also quite good as a low-roller. You get points for almost everything (login, deposit, game-play and a couple of other things) and there are some nice little tournaments.

And by the way: V&J gave me the best birthday present of all casinos (100% bonus). I also think they are especially low-roller friendly. Only little downer is when you withdraw less then €50 there is a fee.

I also have a shot on VJ, The points are caped low, such as rating a game gives you points but are caped to like 5 a month, Also wager Req are x40

Most comp point programs these days are crap and not worth the time and effort. How I miss the days of Royal Vegas Platinum Play etc from Fortune Lounge. They had the best comp program ever but then they changed it and it went to shit. Lost me as a player through that back then.

These days focus seems to be shifting more with other built in rewards such as cash races etc Like videoslots do really well. Having to spend a 1000 quid to get £1 back lol .... why bother is my answer.

Hi, thanks a lot for your feedback. I will discuss this internally, and get back to you with the outcome.

I'm very interesting in feedback on how we can improve our loyalty program. Would you mind sharing?

I play at Royal Panda also and doubt id ever get anything out of their loyalty program as im a low roller. My favourite loyalty program would have to be Vera & John then Video Slots (look forward to Mondays & Fridays hah)

I defo think all casinos could be a lot more giving when it comes to recognising regular depositors, when Hi Rollers or Low Rollers.

The odd £10 chip, especially when it is out of the blue makes me feel appreciated and also if there is a 50/50 where my next deposit is going then the more appreciative casino gets the deposit!

In most instances the casino is protected by the associated WR and it ends in a bust, however IMO this is overlooked as it was a freebie anyway and the bonus will extend the players loyalty even further.

Idea, Maybe lower the points costs for smaller things like the free spins, I doubt the bigger rollers will squander the points on a few spins, But to lower rollers will be good,

Also maybe send out deposit bonus up to £25 & again I doubt the high rollers would bother with that, Yes they could and add extra small amount of cash to there deposit but its unlikely due to having restrictions on bonus,

First of all, thanks for showing some interest.
The idea with the shop and to buy items is great. Other casinos like Energycasino, V&J or Comeon also have this kind of reward/loyalty system.

Energycasino gives you basically 2€ for every 1000€ wagered which is among the best on the market and also has reachable other items like glasses or shirts which is not my cup of tea but nice to have some choices.

V&J gives you points for things like login (once a day), referrals, deposits, playing a game for the first time and so on and is quite nice for low-rollers.

Comeon also has a shop. You can buy several items once a month, then they have a cool-of and are available in the next month like bonuses, free spins or tickets for draws. However the price for the items compared to your shop are somewhat "cheaper" and you can buy more for your activity.

Basically your shop is great already, but it seems to take to much wagering/deposits to reach a level where you can afford something decent.

Thanks a lot for the feedback, much appreciated. I will run some checks, and discuss internally what to do.

Besides the prices, are there any items missing in the store you think? This questions is not exclusively for Hedgehok btw. :)

I think with the free-spins you can try to be a little bit more creative.
10 free spins for Twin spin/Wonky Wabbits/South Park: Reel Chaos. That's nothing that thrills me to be honest.

Consider some "super-spins" like others have where the free spins are higher denominated or a bigger number of free spins with a discount.

You already have bonuses but maybe you can add discounted bonuses when you combine them with a deposit. For example that you can buy a 50% bonus of €50 for a deposit of €100 for 5,000 LP instead of buying the bonus alone for 8,300 LP.

Hi thanks for the response, in keeping with your excellent CS.

Wagering $18,000 to a low roller is a lot and the incentive just isn't there to earn $10 because of course by that time you are going to be on average around $900 down with a HE of 5%
Not only that it will take most low rollers 50,000 sopins or more to hit that mark - at 800 spins per hour that is going to take you over 60 hours of solid no break playing to achieve or even if you play 1 hours every day and 5 hours over weekend it is going to be over 6 weeks playing like that before you can start thinking of getting $10 comps back.

My suggestion would be firstly to make it a little less "tight" (Though granted you will not want to giveaway profits) and perhaps more feasibly make it so that low rollers have something to achieve in a much quicker timeframe.
You could for example award $5 alternative and cut the grind in half or given you only really do one deposit match bonus promotion of 50% per week then perhaps we could buy deposit match offers with points?
100% match coupon upto $50 max bonus or something for 100 points? You could play around with the ev by adding max cashouts or adjusting bonus amount or WR etc etc.

That would certainly make it more low roller friendly because as things stand I don't feel valued at all and even though I am just lowroller it takes thousands of sardines to feed the whales. (I've gone all eric Cantona )
Main points.
It is just far too tight.
It takes far too long and too much wagering to earn enough comps to make it any kind of loyalty incentive

how about a system based on levels such as @verajohn where u can redeem points on different things like fs, deposit match, free bonus. great that u r open to ideas

I'm not registered with RP but I would say that the best thing a casino can do for a regular depositor is notice when they're making more deposits and getting no withdrawals then saying "we've noticed you've not had too much luck lately, here's a few quid to give you another go" - by all means put wagering on it but I think its would show a great deal of consideration to players which can only improve their view of the casino.

That said, it should be optional so if they decide to make another deposit then they're not tied to wagering a bonus they didn't ask for!

problem with that at royal panda is that u have to wager bonus with cash so to wager that free bonus u would have to deposit:eek2:

Actually Royal Panda loyalty program is even shittier than I made out as just found out that huge 0.05% has a x35 WR attached to it as well:lolsign:

So checked my history and I have made around $1,000 in deposits in the last 3 weeks or so and withdrawn $300 and played tens of thousands of spins and not so much as a happy birthday or special deposit match bonus let alone gift.
And I'm supposed to feel valued that if I deposit a few hundred more they will give me $10 with 35x WR?
Nope not feeling it.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions, examples, and friendly words;) We started looking into it already, and I will do my best to have an update for you asap.

You're doing a great job in communicating towards us in the community(even though I miss a personal name instead of just Royal Panda).

I have no opinion regarding your comp program. I understand there can be different strategies in how to gain new customers, or retain old ones. One normally can't satisfy everyone even if you have the ambition to do so. I just like that you guys are active here on the forum and have a possitive attitude discussing this and other issues.

Keep up the good work!

Agreed. Only thing they can improve upon is their accredition status. ;)

Hi, sorry for that, trying to be as transparent as possible, so adding a name to my posts sounds like a good idea:)

My name is Peter, I just took over from Mark who got another position in the company (it's actually way better than my position so I don't want to talk about that:) If you have any questions/comments about our casino, contact me, I'll work it out.

I’ll have one of my colleagues (Melvin) joining me here soon. Becoming an accredited casino is also high on our agendas, we had a few thing we wanted to implement before we'd go for that.

Best,

Peter
