Non-Bonus Complaint World Wide Win Casino - have you also had problems?

I signed up to World Wide Win Casino as it popped up somewhere, while I was feeling a bit flush (haha) and fancied taking on a 100% bonus.

I deposited my cash, and nothing happened, at all. Except, of course, the money leaving my account.

I have chased MoneyBookers, who are usually pretty helpful, but I have chosen to PAB because World Wide Win simply don't reply to emails or list a phone number! Not cool!

So, has anyone had any experience with World Wide Win? Have I caught them at a bad time, or are they to be avoided?

I look forward to hearing from you!

World Wide win seems to be an casino powered with totale e soft software. I never have deal with them, I see their casinos some times. And i have't heard anything bad about them yet.

I have had similar problem with moneybookers though. So i contacted the casino and my money was in my account after some time (24-48h).

Surely you would think the manager of fine casinos such as the Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) will sort this in an instant... :D

I feel lucky... maybe I should try them and bet big on red 39... if only I could find that spot... :p

There is a total-esoft rep here. He has not been around for a while, but came on board here when another of his casinos was being discussed.

Total-esoft is the software, and the casinos are "white labels"*

Total-esoft, through their website, are in the business of selling "white label" casinos to what seem to be ordinary members of the public, the operation looks like one step on from being a webmaster affiliate.

If it "just popped up somewhere", this sounds like spam marketing. Whatever promises appeared in this can be ignored, they are more than likely bogus.

The loss of the deposit in the ether is a common problem with eWallets, and not in itself a sign that the casino is no good. The lack of reply to requests for help to support however, IS a sign that the casino might be less than trustworthy.

* white label casinos are where an operator buys the right to brand a front end website and lobby, but does not actually run the underlying casino - this is usually done by the management company behind the casino/software company providing the white label service.

Many Casinomeister members are less than enthusiastic about the whole concept of white label casinos, mainly due to lack of transparency about exactly who is taking your money.

You would be amazed at the sheer number of these niche, and strangely named, white labels that exist. Some are Total-esoft, and others are later incarnations of Futurebet.
The Total-esoft rep clarified that they are not Futurebet, and that an original listing on a gaming portal that they were, was an unfortunate error.

I have managed to get my money into World Wide Win now, by getting in touch with the totalesoft guy.

It seems, to be honest, that there is no one running this particular white label casino at all! Their online support is never online, and email address unresponsive - the lights are on, but no one's home!

as i saw you had problems with world wide win casino...can you help me please?
You got me reading this whole thread before I realised it's nearly a year old! :(

Hopefully someone here can give you some advice - but I think you should fully explain what exactly is your problem with them?

I use to play there in fun mode as I liked their games. As far as making a deposit to them no way in hell. Another issue I also had after a few weeks of playing was a trojan that came from their website. As I used malware to remove this all I got after this was spam daily for months upon months. Even mail to the door to reopen my account and deposit with them.
Did you even try and google this place before depositing real funds?
