This is what the Saudis are planning to build for the 2034 cup. It's called the NEOM Sky Stadium.

Strictly speaking Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay are also hosts in 2030. They organise 1 game each to start off the tournament which means those countries are also automatically qualified.. and that brings the count to 6 and South American qualification is almost useless that way.

Australia could be alright if they let it host the cup. But not New Zealand. I think they have a population of about 5 million, and it's hard to imagine what they would do if 5-6 million tourists arrived in a week.

Essentially, they should pick a country that is safe, has good transportation, accommodations, and suitable stadiums.

Technically Australia isn't eligible because they're part of the AFC and Saudi Arabia is the 2034 host.
