⚽🏆CM Golden Boot Competition⚽🏆

June 11th – July 19th 2026

With the 2026 FIFA World Cup kicking off this summer, we thought we would run something a little different for June and July's competition 👀.

The aim is simple:

👉 Score as many “goals” as possible by posting qualifying slot wins throughout the tournament.
  • Maximum 3 scoring entries per day
  • Any qualifying slot game allowed
  • Only allowed one entry per slot game per day
  • Minimum stake: €/£/$0.05 equivalent
  • Real money play only
  • No bonus buys
  • Ante bets allowed (wins measured against total stake)
Every qualifying slot win earns goals depending on the multiplier:
  • ⚽ Goal = 100x – 249x = 1 Goal
  • 🎩 Hat Trick = 250x – 499x = 3 Goals
  • 🚀 Wonder Goal = 500x and above = 5 Goals
Player posts:
  • 122x = ⚽ 1 Goal
  • 388x = 🎩 3 Goals
  • 611x = 🚀 5Goals
Daily total = 9 Goals

🏆 Leaderboard

A running “Golden Boot” leaderboard will track:
  • Total Goals
  • Hat Tricks
  • Wonder Goals
  • Highest individual multiplier
The Leaderboard which is in post #2 of the thread will be updated several times a day where possible.

💰 Prize Pool (€2,000)

🥇 Golden Boot Winner - €400

🥈 Runner Up - €350

🥉 Third Place - €250

4th–10th Place - €100 each

The Leaderboard which is in post #2 of the thread will be updated several times a day where possible.

Additionally upon entering the competition your forum account goes into a random draw to be held on the 12th June, whereby each entree is assigned at least one of the 48 participating World Cup teams.

Players can register their interest in the World Cup Sweepstake from 1st June!

Should there be less than 48 participants on the 11th June, forum accounts could be drawn more than one team in the random draw.

Based on how well your drawn team does in the World Cup you can win one of these prizes:

Winning Team - €150
Runners Up - €100
Third Place - €50

Just a question about the sweepstakes. There are 48 teams ( a ridiculous amount in my opinion,32 was well enough! ) but anyhow. I assume if we have more than 48 entries some people will 'piggy back' and 2,3 or 4 etc will be on the same team? How would prize money work then if multiple people are on a prize winning team?
It is quite simple, the first 48 people go into the draw for a team. If you are 49th and above to register an interest in the Sweepstake, unfortunately you do not make the cut.

However, on the flip side, say only 25 people register an interest, it is possible that more than one participant gets allocated more than one team. :)

Do you need goals from each category or would, say, 3 wins from the Hat-Trick bracket (worth 3 goals) also give the 9 goal daily total?
Each 'player' can submit up to three entries a day. Nothing stopping them submitting three wonder goals as their entries if they hit them. That would give them 15 goals!

Please put me down for the sweepstakes.

Slots tournament going to be rough though. No chance I'm manually slow spinning min bet hacksaws for over a month haha. Don't even have the ante option urgh. Somehow think 1 or 2 goals a week won't be cutting it :D

Ok.That is absolutely the correct thing to do.

@Webzcas Maybe instead of a leaderboard, make each goal a ticket to a raffle, so the more you enter the better your chances but it's not guaranteed to be the massive betting whales that win it all?

Yeah that would work nicely providing the tickets are uncapped(within the contest rules of 3 entries a day etc) and keep people with low volume/entries happy they have a chance of a win to sweat in the future and the people with a higher cost of entry a higher chance to win etc.

I get the frustration with 'whales' winning the CM funded comps but would also point out they are losing more than they win with the multiplier contest structure etc, purely playing for the love of the game/contest. Getting 5x1000x+ wins to win 145eur is burning money no matter how a person plays it(bonus money, low betsize etc).

I would expect someone like SCATT3R etc loses more than 400eur trying to win this one if theres a healthy level of competition all the way etc.
