This month the month of August 2026, we are revisiting the popular Target Hit Challenge! but with a twist, as this challenge will only have the ONE ELIGIBLE GAME, in the form of Big Time Gaming's BONANZA.

So see it as a merging of a popular competition format meets arguably the Casinomeister Forum's most popular thread topic in the form of Bonanza.

So as per the last Target Challenge the aim is simple:

Get as close as possible to the mystery multiplier targets!

At the start of the comp, we will reveal 3 target multipliers

• Gold Target
• Silver Target
• Bronze Target

Your goal is to hit wins as close as possible to these values — above OR below.

Example:

If the Gold Target is 632x:

• 620x = 12 away
• 650x = 18 away

620x would rank higher.

RULES

1. You can only play BONANZA and it has to be played at a real money online casino. No sweepstakes or social casinos.
2. The Target Tiers have been shared with the moderation team for transparency.
3. A maximum of six (6) entries per member.
4. A maximum of two (2) entries per target tier.
5. All Players are eligible to win a prize in each Target Tier! Only one prize per tier.

   • Neutral Zone Casinos

Tricky challenge. This game tends to be unavailable for deposit bonus wagering or at least it used to so it will take quite the investment to go chasing all targets and even then you are at the mercy of coming close enough to the mystery number. Also, 1,000x's are pretty much non-existant on this game, if the million page-long thread about it is anything to go by.
All in all, this seems a hopeless task. Count me in!

Yes that's fine. The comp started at 00:00 this morning, even though the thread has only been up a couple of hours.

One question is that what happens if we dont get 5 entries for gold target.
Its very hard to get a 500x in Bonanza so if there is just one entry the person should get the whole prize pool. If two entries then the prize should be 60% and 40%. Three places should be 50%, 30% and 20% and so on.

Ok taking feedback on board I have changed the tier levels again. I think even with Bonanza we should get at least 5 entries over the course of the month in the Gold Target range.

I was only joking when I suggested a Bonanza tourney before I was sacked and again in the comp suggestions thread recently!

I will obviously win top position in each category so won't enter it, plus the prize money doesn't come near the amount I suck out of my 114% RTP version anyway.

The 1000x comments are irrelevant as the targets are hidden and there's nothing to say the mods have picked anywhere near 1000x as the target. They know nobody but me and @interlog ever get near that.

Having now got Bonanza even more exposure on CM I will ask BTG to up my retainer a bit, which will be more than any prize money I could win.

There's also the chance entrants could spend more replacing broken monitors, PCs and phones than they will win.

I like the idea of a random draw as said earlier for the 10x 30e prizes for the lowest target, the Bronze, as 90% of bonus results land in that sort of ballpark so a chance of a 'shitter reward' which will then get you 150 spins @ 20p/c

That's a good point, I have a BTG test account in euros with bonus buys available and after the feature it doesn't state the bonus buy total stake like most slots do, just the base unit stake, so you may need a game log to show the stake for the outcome of that bonus.

There is one huge tell though, but this occurs BEFORE the FS begin and that is that the entry screen will NOT show random 4+ triggering scatters (as say Extra Chilli does) as the Bonanza bonus buy simply takes you straight into the round on spin 1.

You also will never see 17 or more spins at the outset as the bonus buy always starts you with 12.

Literal Bonanza reskin, plays exactly the same just has the Christmas theme.

I assume this works like the last target competition which was 2 entries per tier TOTAL for the month, not 2 per day? Or are you allowing people to swap out their submissions or something?

Well if Christmas Bonanza will be accepted then I certainly would. No way I want to min bet the regular version if I can avoid it but trying to get a silver/gold entry will take thousands of spins most likely
