Hi guys,

Have you ever had a problem withdrawing via bitcoin?
Just yesterday, I deposited the equivalent of about USD 22 ie.0.00040087 btc to a casino. I cashed out the equivalent of 40 but the casino only sent me 0.00043596 btc which is about USD 23. The casino insists the cashout had been paid properly and takes no responsibility for the conversion rate. The price of bitcoin fluctuates but no way can the price q=was doubled in the space of a few hours.

This is their reply:

According to the payment provider the payment was processed correctly.
You made a withdrawal request in 40.19 USD amount, and 40.19 USD were withdrawn.
The exchange rates or any other inner cryptocurrency processing algorithms are not influenced by a casino.
Let me know if you need my assistance in any other way. Have a nice day.

I feel ripped off. Any of you guys have similar experiences. Its only a tiny amount but no way am I getting ripped off like this.

Is there anywhere mentioned how big fees they have for transactions? Not really playing in BTC casinos but in general these transaction fees bit everywhere are quite high, for example one exchange i use charge me 0.0007 BTC from every transaction i withdraw from there (think it's not really high but quite normal, just had that exchange open and was fast to check).

These fees are one reason why some people don't play at crypto casinos as it doesn't make much sense to withdraw anything but quite big amounts.

i had problem too, bitcoin taking a lot of fees you can use another coin to play and withdraw with less fees ltc , doge ...

Thx for the replies guys. I had played a number of times at the casino in question but even with the fees, it was never so outrageous. Bsically, I am getting only about 55% of the actual amount. Previously, the amount was pretty close to the actual cashout about 96% to 98%,

It's often fixed fee which not reflects (at least much) with the amount, do they advise what their fees are that you could check if they overcharged you?
