A friend of mine is having trouble processing a withdrawal with rizk after using a friend's debit card to make a deposit (I warned him about this)

My question is, what's the best way of going about this?.. what does my friend's friend have to do to prove that he let my other friend use his debit card to make a deposit? Is there an easy way? Will he ever eventually get his money?

The withdrawal is upwards of $7,000 so it's not something we're going to forget about anytime soon.

Rizk Casino is an award winning Accredited Casino here at Casinomeister
Chances are that if the Withdrawal is more than deposits, your buddy just played himself. WD confiscated, deposit returned to original card. Account closed perma. The End.

Worst case scenario, funds confiscated and deposit held.

Using a deposit method with someone else's name is probably never going to be accepted. I doubt there is anything you can do.

Your friend is in a very sticky situation. Using somebodies elses card is a big no no.

I can't foresee this working out favourable.

It breaks about every term going. Forget the winnings, expect stakes voided and deposit refund at best.

There can be absolutely no circumstance in which they'll pay you - how do they know it wasn't the debit card holder's way of getting round exclusion?

I am not up to date on the minutiae of the MGA licence these days, but it used to be that the owner of the deposit method could sign a form declaring that the person had permission to deposit the monies.

However, if Rizk, a reputable casino with a good standing, have denied the withdrawal on that basis, then the status of the case is not "troubled" but "Denied, case closed"

I could guess that they might pay out winnings (99% sure not but deposit and void all bets) IF:
- Full KYC for both, accounts owner and card holder will be approved.
- There are no deposit bonuses attached to that deposit made 3rd party card.
- There are no much matches in ip-addresses and game play patterns.

If be casino in this scenario, would probably return deposit and confiscate winnings together with permanent account closure. Still don't understand why people are doing this, if you play online more than one or two times, you quite sure know that this is big NONO and unfortunately too many times used to abuse casino rules (especially if there is bonus taken it should always be bye bye money...) and it can be quite easily be seen from account histories, game play, deposit and other patterns.

If you warned your friend about this, why in earth he/she did it if know that winnings probably not gonna be paid if winning something? I would tell to your friend that this was prize for learn lesson to listen warnings from person who know better and read terms and conditions.

These unfortunately most of cases are tries to abuse casinos by using multiple bonuses, collusion etc.... We don't have full story here but if your "friend" think that there is place to stand against casinos decision, Rizk have good relationship to this forum and PAB can always be filled (please tell your friend to read rules), but Rizk is one of the casinos who don't try to find all the excuses not to pay so small amount if there is nothing dodgy behind.

there is also money laundering concerns in situations like this. I would be amazed if any casino would pay out, their terms cover them fully and see no reason why they would want to spend hours trying to get round it for an account that is extremely likely to end up closed at the end of it.

Yes if they are nice. But if they don't they can void everything because player has violated so many terms.
Sorry OP (or your friend) but using someone else's credit card to make deposits is most stupid what player can do. And if you are new in business it's still unforgivable.
It should be clear at the start that you use just your own deposit methods.

Hello @o0d122y,

I am sorry to hear about your friend's situation, but like it has been stated in this thread, the case does not generally speaking look too promising for him. The reason for this is that it's quite a severe breach of the terms & conditions. I would advise your friend to be in touch with our customer support team and they will do their best to look into the case and answer any questions he may have.

That's kind of no brainer really, as OP stated he warned friend and one still doing it (please, if he/she is your friend, try to make he/she to understand what better knowing persons are telling), then there is no any reason for casino to pay any winnings. Getting deposit back and void bets would be really goodwill gesture. For sure Rizk is not need of this kind of amount and they wouldn't make any harm to person not breaking terms and conditions as clear as this is (what all should know).

Don't really matter how much is that you not gonna forget it soon, it don't change facts. Try to abuse/fraud, get caught and you don't really need to see your "winnings" to get paid.

“Friend”

Or even "friend of friend".

Is this a case of an OP being the friend or being the friend of the friend...or neither?

Whichever one it is, I am not liking their chances of getting paid here. Best case scenario for them is that they get their deposit back.
They can wave the 7K goodbye.

I bet you/they wont. Be kicking themselves forever.

As said. you might get that deposit returned if your lucky, but not a chance in hell of collecting any winnings, in reality you have no winnings to collect, as they came from a rogue deposit.

Friends . Who'd have em.

Erm friends on here lol anyone wanna lend me their gambling budget? It's safe with me honest. You can be the Thelma to my Louise. Over that cliff :eek2::laugh:

You can get some of mine :D

The fun will come for these guys when they have to get verified to even get the deposit back. I wish them the best of luck with that:cool:

lol u b*$t@rd$ I'm genuinely asking on behalf of a friend, the only time I've ever won over a grand online I've put it all back into the slots :p

I just found out the money won wasn't won from the deposit he used weeks ago using a friend's card, it was won from a paysafe deposit, would this make any difference?
