Withdrawal problems after using a friend's debit card

I would never dare use someone else's debit card or any other payment method.

I wish if people would read T&C's it clearly states the rules and I know its long and boring but will save you.

It is so sad that so many people win huge amounts, get their hopes up and then find out they are not getting their winnings because they broke the rules, sometimes knowingly and unknowingly

The thought of depositing with any other bank account or e-wallet that's not mine has never crossed my mind. I wonder why people think this is a smart thing to do...

And if you think about doing it, why not contact support first? They could tell you they'll never process a withdrawal or do a KYC on both the registered user and the owner of the card.

It would probably also help if casino's didn't accept payments from other bank accounts or e-wallets that don't have your name registered to it, that must be possible in this day and age right? In the event of a deposit with a prepaid credit card or a Paysafecard they could ask you to upload a picture of it when depositing. I've had it happen at a local, very small, bookie site that I had to upload a picture of my prepaid credit card when depositing so I'm sure it's possible to implement even for small time casino's.

And why would Rizk not discuss the issue? There are cases where casinos allow to use the spouses card if they have a joint account. I know cases, where the "friend" signed a form that he approved the usage of the card and the player got paid.

So it is not really out-of-this-world that this player might get paid too.

Noooo, he's already spending the money he hasn't got in his head lolol "never count your chickens before they hatch" is what I was taught.

I would tend to see your friend not getting paid, just as a "lesson to be learned", but the amount is huge, so I do hope he get's his dosh.

I suggest you keep your discussions with Rizk via PMs as that will improve your chances to get to an amicable solution. A public thread can lead quickly to bashing or similar which could undermine your case.

For more clarity, I should have added "ask your friend (acct holder) to contact the Rizk rep". Of course they won't discuss nilly willy with everyone making a post, I thought people would understand that much.

Sorry OP (or your friend) but using someone else's credit card to make deposits is most stupid what player can do.

After buying special features from extra chili

edit: If payment methods used are 3rd party card and Paysafe (anonymous payment supplier) it really look bit dodgy, so probably easiest is like posted as OP in first, not forget lesson learnt when these winnings getting confiscated. Casino of this size don't really have need to confiscate winnings if there are no reason to that and assume, here they have.

Advise your friend to contact Rizk, make PAB or something and feel free to post result to this topic with all the details if your friend feel to share them with you (and not post anything before PAB has completed as per rules).
