Withdrawal delays, what to do?

I made two withdrawals at www.casinowebcam.com on October 4th and 5th and still have not received it through neteller. Their reason is that their neteller account is frozen, so they can not transfer funds to me until they get it sorted out (because their CEO was murdered in September). So if anyone knows how neteller works with those type of situations, do the accounts really get frozen for this long? They keep saying next week whenever I email them, but they have consecutively said that for over a month! What am I suppose to do in this situation? They say they are going to pay, but over 2 months to wait already!

Just curious if anyone knows if this casino is associated with the new one that came out called Live Vegas Action (same concept). Anyway, this Live Vegas Action had a $5 freebie for new players who signed up, and I have been noticing alot of posts by people who requested payouts from the new casino (at different forums), and like the poster above have been given the runaround, and really have received no answer as to when they will be paid. So now my curiousity is piqued as to whether they are affiliated?

As to your question, personally have no clue about Neteller's policies, etc. Maybe someone else will be able to provide an answer.

Crumbs!

Murdered CEO, frozen Neteller - definately a casino to avoid. As far as I know, Neteller will freeze an account if they receive a court order to do so, or if the ownership of the funds is contested. Having the CEO murdered may result in the accounts being frozen if it is considered the crime is connected to the business. It would be worth trying to find out if the CEO really was murdered (I do not know myself, but given the juristictions of some operators is quite possible).
Businesses often try to play down such issues, and will need new customers to provide cash flow to pay old debts. I doubt if Neteller could tell you if a particular account is frozen, but you might be able to "trick" them into letting you know by saying you have a business relationship with them and need to pay some money to them. I found Neteller unhelpful in determining the true cause of problems I was having - which turned out to have a very simple cause (now hopefully fixed).

Vinyl, the CEO really did get murdered. It's all over the place. His name was Adam Anhang. If you need to read more about it to know it, then just do a google search for it.

This casino group is not bad of a group. Yes, I do agree that their payment sucks because of the long wait but I'm sure they will actually pay when they are suppose to.

As for Neteller, I am sure there must be a good explanation for this. I guess it's because they would like to change the name of the CEO and etc. That's making their account being frozen.

SHIGGY, my advice to you is that you ask them to send your money VIA Wire Transfer. It's not entirely hard for them to do so. If they give you the run around when you try this method instead of Neteller, please do PAB about it.

aodat2 - They do not support wire transfers, all they have is firepay, neteller, and bank/check draft. I would assume they will give the same problem with their firepay account too, and if I ask for the check they could potentially take a lot longer than waiting another 2 months, lol. And I actually have already asked them to do a different method and asked why it was taking so long and so far havn't received an answer for both questions. That was like 2 - 3 weeks ago :(

Hi Shiggy,

Give me a chance to check onto this. Adam was an active member of this board and my main point of contact at CWC. With him gone, it may take a day or two to get to the bottom of this. If you haven't PABd yet, please do - this will give me all the information I need to take case of this.

Just had a look.

I have found several articles about this through Google. I am not so sure that the casino should be still taking on new customers at the present time until they have their ability to use all their accounts restored. This is only going to lead to them getting a poor reputation for not paying.
Their site makes no mention of this dreadful event, and seems to have a "business as usual" attitude. Admirable, provided they can deliver.
They have a very interesting concept though, no chance of rigged software there!

I am confident in CWC - and I'm totally sure that they will honor all payouts, but with Adam gone - there are some internal issues that need to be taken care of immediately.

For now, I'm removing CWC links from Casinomeister until these issues are resolved. As soon as they get it together, I'll be happy to reinstate them.

Shiggy, I don't beleive you've PABd. Please do, and I'll get this complaint to the right people.

Finally received my withdrawal today, yay! I am hoping the rough times are behind them now because I would like to continue playing here, the support is honest and very nice. He even mentioned that I was right to post here! I would have been pissed if I were him! Thank you Bryan, whatever you said must have sped the process up, you are awesome! Cheers to you
