Withdrawal at Trada

I should have done that. :(
But still good news, my withdrawal of just $400 was processed yesterday and it should hit my account tomorrow lol.

Also, another thing that I'm not happy about is that even with the supposedly "free money" from the points, has wagering requirements. 35x. You've earned those points!

I think Trada players should not deposit until their rules have been fully implemented next year...
Well done....ma'am? It is ma'am? or sir? Either way, I'm glad you didn't yield to the reversal temptation and saw it through

Hahaha it's a ma'am and not a 'MAM(haha bad joke)

Ps: why is Trada still number on the accredited casinos?
I suppose until there is without a question of a doubt a rouge element now, then they will stay at or near the top. And conor does do his best most times. Still a question or two still to be answered and not stepped over.

Will still hit you a 50$ play safe card. Or do you prefer a different type of gift card?

Paysafe cards can only be used within the issuing country. Cards bought in the UK cannot be used in Canada or vice versa.

Not sure about this... I won a Paysafe card in a competition which was issued in Finland and used it without any problems at a Belgian casino, had a good session and cashed out the winnings to my bankaccount no questions asked.

We had the case here once, where a CM member won a competition in the Remarkable thread and it didn't work. At the time, it transpired that you cannot use them cross country.

Maybe, you can use them if they have the same currency and both countries are part of the SEPA/EAA.

I think I can clarify the Paysafe Card confusion.

Paysafe card is locked to currency. So a card bought in France can be used in Ireland and Germany, but not Canada, and vice versa.

We had this issue before where some of our New Zealand players who registered under $AUD could not use Paysafe Card to play as the card was bought in $NZD.

Just had a withdrawal from. Trada very quick to. Be honest as first biggish withdraw they wanted some. Extra docs just asking for my ID again
Bank card front and within 24hours cash was in bank so. No issues here very happy here and how it should be some casino mess you around rediculasly days for cash put so. Much paperwork they don't need to have and then still. Mess you around with delays trada was quick and painless thanxs

I've asked for withdraw on Tuesday, on Thursday they ask to re-verify my account. done that. on Friday I ask CS how long it will take - they replay by the end of the day, nope. On Sunday I was bored and reversed lost some and ask for another withdraw.
on Monday finally got processed and money arrived on Wedensday in my account.
I will not play at Trada anymore and will keep the account open only for CM promotions. I dont need that hassle when I can play in casinos with instant withdraw and better loyalty .

still pending disgrace
/enter sarcasm mode/
But Conor said the change in platform would be much better for players, I mean, on the old one you would have been paid 5 days ago, and they have saved you spending YOUR money before Christmas. So much better waiting a week for a withdrawal
/sarcasm mode off/

It surely should have been paid yesterday as it's supposed to be 48 hours.

I used to really like Trada but a lot of the games I played have disappeared and I have been waiting for a withdrawal and they asked for a photo of my card which I have been depositing with for a year. I don't think I will play there any more. I don't know why they changed the platform it was better before.

so 7 days and counting let's see how long it will take without any intervention from live chat or Trada reps.

@Conor@Trada so are 8 day withdrawals (so far) one of the improvements you said were happening?

You said you wouldn't just be an aspire clone, sorry, but thats exactly what you are, no different to any other casino that went to them.
Without being nasty I don’t see how trada warrants the number one spot the proof is in the pudding now they need to go through a whole new baptism it’s misleading to say the least. People could come on here who aren’t members see trada’s extremely high rating and sign up it’s just all misleading in my eyes.

I was wrong in an earlier post apparently my withdraw is still reversible after 8 days.

So no one has even took the trouble to even lock this or ask me for documents (if that is the problem) I don't think I have ever seen a withdraw still reversible after 8 days.

I could market my own Trada advent calendar behind each door your money is still waiting will I get to the magic final door number 24?

That's obviously crap steve, but the writing was clearly on the wall and the fact that this sort of thing was going to happen at Trada was telegraphed in letters a mile high by CM members who've seen this sequence of events at other casinos that have moved to the Aspire platform.

I get you're sort of 'testing the water' with a small withdrawal, but it's like putting your hand into a fire to check if it's hot or not.

I think people were hoping it would be different this time, I certainly was, due to the team at Trada. Clearly we were wrong :(
It's a shame Conor's been on today and yesterday but hasn't thought it important enough to comment on.

Mate, read the other thread. Eric was the same at first.... oh, it will all be alright and even better....then he stopped answering because he knew there is little he can do..... AFAIK, he is now at SuprNation (VoodooDreams and NY Spins).

Considering that CasinoLuck and NextCasino are still in the accredited section , I’m not surprised that Trada is 9.8...

Wow, just wow, why would anyone want to even play there now, must be one of the longest pending periods :eek2:

How many people would have reversed their withdrawal opposed to waiting, it's shocking.
Haha that's because I only found the withdraw button today I thought it was just sat in a cloud somewhere but no it's still withdrawable, if I was desperate for the £80 I would ask them but as I got paid early for December I can sit it out and see how long it takes if I win an equivalent at another casino I might just reverse it and get rid but it's interesting to see how long they will leave it there.

I suspect this will just be the beginning as I suspect as Trada are new to Aspire that all my documents will be requested and then all the nonsense of trying to upload them will start and this document isn't good enough or we need this card copy etc etc.

Well the earliest will be Monday now, so that will be the 11th day :eek2:
I suspect I can guess what the excuse will be already!

TradaCasino is committed to "CARE" - Customers Are Really Everything. We have implemented a professional customer support team ready to assist you 7 days a week from 8am to 1am CET

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY WINNINGS?

Withdrawal requests are processed within 2 business days from the date of request. During this time you may cancel your Withdrawal Request, from within the "Awaiting Process" box in the Cashier, and return it to your tradacasino.com Account Balance

The following is a summary of the Withdrawal process:
Please note: All days here are business days (not including Weekends and Public Holidays).

Payment MethodPending Withdrawal (Can be reversed)ProcessDeliveredTotal Payment Posted as from
Credit/Debit Cards48 Hours1 Day3 - 5 Business Days6 - 8 Business DaysAspire Global International LTD

After 2 business days, the status of your Withdrawal Request will change to "In Process" and you will no longer be able to cancel it. You will be notified by email when your Withdrawal Request is processed and the money is sent to your chosen payment method.

I take it Aspire must not class Christmas and new year as "working"

The op has a withdrawal pending for 8 days. It’s reversible and now the weekend is here and the money won’t be processed until Monday. If it will be done on Monday.

I haven’t deposited any money at trada since the change. Probably won’t until I see improvements but this is not helping their case at all.

This is not a 9.8 casino.

Sad.
