Withdrawal at Trada

I got slated a year ago on here when VS & Trada were given casinos of the year jointly but we could all see where VS were a year ago with the big fine and the lowering of rtps and reduction in battle prizes and Trada still were not up there, the site was clunky and full of bugs but still they were given the award.

I hope this year there has been more thought put into casino of the year and if no casino is good enough don't give them an award for the sake of having to.

Worrying that connor has been on and hasn’t addressed this. I urge people to vote with there wallet/purse and don’t bother with this clip joint sorry but that’s what it’s become plain and simple

of us here with withdrawal problems and their lack of funds in ecopayz, withdrawals were being put back into our accounts even though we had locked the withdrawal. it is not surprising that he’s not responding. He doesn’t respond when there is nothing he can do to help.

I disagree. He sorted an issue for me only a couple of weeks ago which he admitted wasn’t directly within his control.

It’s Christmas. Chances are he’s on holiday. I can login to the account I use for work right now to see if anything’s come in, but I’m not going to deal with it until I’m back being paid.
 
Some comments seem v harsh . Conor seems one of the better reps overall. I hope he will feel able to comment soon.

Yes there are matters that need addressing but we also need to remember its the 2 week xmas period when lots of people are not working and Conor is human .

How are the comments harsh how is 10 days acceptable for a withdrawl to be pending? Is that not the behaviour of clip joints?

I was not referring to that comment and i did say that there are things that need addressing. Conor or ano at trada do need to respond as to why a withdrawal.has been outstanding that long.

However i agree with @danofthewibble

As much as I agree with he might not be at work, there have been plenty of times in the past when both him and Rachel have responded when they haven't been at work. It takes a few seconds to type 'sorry guys, I'm off till xx/xx/xxxx, so can't do anything till then, but will look at the problems as soon as I'm back'.

You can disagree. Doesn’t change the facts that he ignored my pms and thread posts when needed. And he’s ignoring this problem.

He’s human. Fallible. Like most of us.

That a Trada CS agent can't just press a few buttons to process that much, shows that Trada is in no way in control of its operations. They are now mere messengers between players and Aspire.

Sad really. Let it carry on like this for a few more weeks and they become the perfect candidate for the "Fall from Grace" award. That would be some drop, from top to bottom in a year! :rolleyes:

No excuses here guys, trada and the reps as great as they have been are under the Death Star control now (aspire) sadly the review needs looking at also.
No hard feelings towards the reps as they where active and decent.
But this is now as said just another aspire clipjoint :-(
 
pff trada was also before a shitty place. i made a self exclusion for 1 or 2 months- long time ago. after the self exclusion exp8ired , i got a email wich stated, i need to go into öovechat to open my account. then they told me, it will stay permanently closed, no comment on why the would do this, i had deposits of total 4000 euro and a huge loss there but i liked them untill that day, maybe a rep can answer me now as this is very rude ! a self exclusion is no reason to make a player perm bann !

Go on live chat just for the laugh, seriously, they usually talk absolute rubbish, its funny listening to them. We could all take guesses at what they will say :D. I'll start with

Are you acting illegally? Or is it Aspire? Or is it just your live chat is the worst in the industry?

If they’ve not got your KYC, they won’t process the withdrawal.

I’ve seen elsewhere that they have not necessarily sent the email asking for it. So you enter a loop or you waiting for approval and then waiting for your documents.
I'd like to think it's the perfect storm of takeover + low staffing/ Christmas/ New Year etc, but their disorganization's really doing them no favours.....10 days and counting only for the W/D to be reversed and playable isn't up to par for a 9.8 casino. I think most people's patience and loyalty's being stretched a bit!

To be fair, Trada was once a great casino. I simply wanted, and tried to give them a chance. Almost three weeks I have a very limited number of games to choose from, Conor says that shouldn't be the case. No one from Aspire is helping Conor help me, and this seems to be a pattern. Truth is Conor is at the mercy of these Aspire assclowns the same as we are. They are unable to provide accurate information to players, and seem to do pretty much anything they can to stall a withdrawal. These facts doesn't make them the worst casino out there by a long stretch, but it does however mean that they aren't a 9.8 or even a 5.8 anymore. I have been given wrong information if I am to believe Conor on each contact. From needing to re-verify, to a max cashout of $100.00 on a free spins offer, I have already seen more than enough to convince me that this is no longer the casino for me. There are many options out there. I do however promote and respect Casinomeister, and the rating is bringing the integrity of CM into question. I hope that it is resolved sooner than later as anyone trusting the rating are in for a BIG surprise.
 
After following this thread You can come only for one conclusion: situation has been changed a lot and fast with Trada. They need to be verified again. 9,8 score is screamingly false! If one would like to turn the tables and keep that score valid then Casinomeister's reputation and integrity should be lowered. You decide; if it's not the casino then it's the rating entity which score should be lower.

and secondly, while it's all well and good to say the rating need to be changed, ponder it may well be that there's more than one element being worked through for 2020 than just slapping on a new number willy-nilly?

Peace..patiience...faith...things are being sorted in due course...you ALL know the guys better than that, that it isn't dismissed or set aside.

Drawing their attention to the issue? Fantastic.

I totally accept how busy this time of year is for Bryan et al but this is important and i dont think its wrong of people to push for reassurance that a temporary flag be put in place sooner rather than later.

From that they arent due to be tarred and feathered; they have to have the ability and time to fall or rise on their merits.
Looking at previous merits, it's fair to say they're well due the consideration.

Fast forward to this month...a mere 2 weeks after (still December here) where there appears to be concerns of warrant. Okelies.
Members have aired concerns and there's cases on board. Staff are aware of said concerns (they've posted in the threads saying as much).
The big guy himself was away and back and playing catch-up (it falls under his purview, so one of many, many plates to juggle)...add to that year's end huge headaches and cpmbine that with life outside the forum and that brings us to today.

Believe me it's all being looked into. They KNOW what's happening.
That doesnt mean players shouldn't air concerns, flag staff where necessary and point out problems.
Banging the drum is going on about the SAME issue when it's being discussed and addressed as and when able. :)
 
FTR, my post has nothing to do with the OP of this thread; it could have easily as been posted in the 'Trada moving to Aspire' thread; it simply was posted here because the ratings change outrage leaked over here
The whole drum-banging thing :)
