Winz requesting Interac sign in screenshot to withdrawl.

Fellow Canadians that use Interac please help me, perhaps I am wrong.

I have been requested a screenshot of my Interac account page from Winz to process a withdrawal, I have sent and recieved 100s of thousands of dollars via Interac through Gigadat, I have never had or seen an Interac login page, the process has always been click the Interac online button at the casino, it then directs me to either RBC or TD for online transfers, I use RBC, I click the RBC logo and it takes me to my banking login page, I choose my account and send the money, most casinos I play at withdrawal the same way, the odd one does Etransfer, my email account is the same email that is registered through my bank with either Gigadat or Interac, either way I never had any login with either.......seriously hundreds of thousands of dollars.

If somebody does know here please send a login link, I cannot find it.

100% they do not know what they ask, she explicitly told me that it was Interac, I said I think you are mistaken on what you ask, they basically told me I was wrong and that all the customers send it, I finally got an example and it is from the bank, as I stated no such thing as an Interac account, however it isn't applicable because RBC sends through Interac Online, there is no send history like when sending an Etransfer, it simply shows up on the statement as an online payment.

I find that this is totally unacceptable and extremely frustrating when a casino doesn't even know what they are asking because they don't even understand their own banking system and have the gall to point the blame back at the customer.

We can confirm that there was a misunderstanding of the case by our support agent, who has unfortunately not clearly understood how to act correctly and requested information from the client that does not exist or is not required.

Customer withdrawal has been processed around 1,5 hours ago.

Yeah Dama NV has no idea how any of it works. I am having the exact same problem with Premier Casino and they are refusing to pay me unless I send them proof of my gigadat account. Which obviously doesnt exist. Will have to file complaints against to get my money

In the previous case, Dama NV support was not involved as we have our own support that covers only our casino, so there are no other brands at all. So this was a misunderstanding from our support agents, not from Dama NV.

I can't say anything about Premier Casino support, but maybe you should share this forum topic with them to show that they should review the case once again. Good luck! :)

thanks I did and they paid me lol
 
I only recently started playing at winz. They pay quickly though they credit crypto deposits a little too slowly for my liking as others usually do it within 3-5 minutes. Hope everything works out well for my fellow oldie lol.

Thank you for sharing your feedback!

If you mean crypto deposits then it is required to get at least 1 confirmation on the blockchain to get payment approved on the casino side.

And regarding withdrawals - we are actually trying really hard to process all payments to eWallets and crypto as fast as possible.
Could you please PM me with some of the details of your player account so I can check the history of approved deposits and withdrawals and their timings?
