I just started playing at this casino and ran my balance up to $2900 from $900. I want to cash out now but first have to send in all the necessary documents and more (wouldnt be surprised if they ask for a pubic hair sample).

Anyways are these guys legit? Do they actually pay players?

Yes, totally OK - as long as you DON'T send them a sample of your pubes! :p

When I cashed out there for the first time of a free chip, they told me the first withdrawal a player makes, takes longer. But they paid up when they said they would.

They may try to pay you in increments rather than your full cashout amount. For example, if you have$1500 to withdrawal they may just deny your $1500 withdrawal then approve a $500 withdrawal and put $1000 back in your account. It appears as though they DO pay though... just not quickly or appropriately.

will i see the money within a month? I dont feel comfortable paying the credit card bill from them without the money from them for it first.

I don't know actually. My GF played them in may and got paid only a portion of her cashout in July. I am not sure when she actually initiated the cashout but I do know that the process took a long time while verifying docs and such.

Winpalace pay out

Dear Members.

I have some experience of Win Palace. I played with the Neteller bonus and managed to win 1805 $. All wagering rewquirements met. I made the withdrawal for the full amount. A bit nervous, though the casino status here at CM is "not review yet", but I searched on goggle and couldn't find any complaint about NOT being payed.

Neteller limit is 3000 $. And their terms and conditions state - and here is the clue - up to 3000 $ a week. Yes, the statement UP TO - I didn't consider that at first.
And the process time is 5-10 days. For me, 10 days of course.

E-mailed arrived after 10 days promtly. "Congratulation. Your Neteller withdrawal has been approved of ....600 $." What?

I e-mailed the support (finance department). They said that I should remake the withdrawal again.
I asked how long it will take. 5-10 days. And I asked if the withdrawal will be processed for full this time (the rest = 1205 $).
The manager couldn't aswer on this. They have a security department that decides on the pay day, how much they allow you to withdraw next time.
So conclusion: I think the will pay all the winnings. But you can not get an aswer for how long you have to wait. It is up to the mysterious security department to decide.

That's bullshit! I have deposited a few times and never won there, but rest assured I will never again deposit there while they have that messed up policy in place. These casinos had better start paying attention to proper service if they want their businesses to survive.

Just want to add that their e-wallet deposit and withdrawal options dont match. Make sure you visit the cashier and check whether they allow you to withdraw by the same depositing option that you have. If say you deposit by Neteller they may not have this as a withdrawal option.

Agreed, it does sound very rogue-ish...

I really hope I can get my money. Will let you know what happens. Saw an older thread about this casino and apparently they have a manager in these forums?

Also they said they were based in the British Virgin Islands. I have never heard of an online casino based there.

well i am definitely not liking what im reading here about winpalace. if this is true i wont be depositing there. i have been playing there faithfully now for weeks. never been able to withdraw but i did get some playtime. however if i cant withdraw my winnings ( if i were to get lucky) then i dont care to play there any more. ill delete them off my comp. please if any one else has had any delayed pay out experiences with this casino can u please post. ?

I've been seeing a lot of these kinds of threads and I think the casino reps and managers are seeing that the CM members are a pretty tough crowd. Maybe we are harsh, but really, there should be no lattitude for delays, nonpayments and excuses. Sorry, to anyone it applies to, but we gamers need to keep this steady pressure on this industry to perform. There are no delays when it comes to getting our money. It should work both ways.

Well for U.S. it's a matter of time til the whole industry crashes. Word on the street is Government is making a move to bar all online transactions to all online casinos. And up here in Canada it appears as though Government run casino's are going to monopolize the industry. Who's going to cover the extended pay out's when player lists get cut to less than half?
