I deposited 100$ and close my balance at 800$.I have read term and conditions for 50 times.I sent form+all documentes.they said me:"Congratulations on your winnings!

We have received your fax back forms and your withdrawal will be processed shortly. Our helpdesk was closed over the Christmas weekend which caused a bit of a delay with the payouts. Our payouts team are working on it and you should receive it within the next 24 hours.

Why winnersplayground says that pay the player within 24 hours and after 9 days my withdraw is again pending?

What is the reputation of this casino?

Winnersplayground have recently been claiming that a new management is in place, and they have been resolving past slow or no pays. I would try and escalate to management and not give up hope just yet, then consider Montana and lodge a dispute.

If this is not sorted out their bad reputation in the past will rush back to bite them and I'm pretty sure they would not want that to happen. This may be a screw-up or a holiday hangover - not acceptable, but it could be.
