winners playground new mgmt pays

i had previously (a year or two ago) been stiffed by winners playground $563, i just received payment from their new management out of nowhere, i may play there again now that they have new management, does anyone reccomend them now?
 
This is interesting in view of Winnersplayground's previous rather dud reputation. Has this change of management involved a change of ownership too? Is Hannelie Cillie still involved? What about it's sister casino? Is there a software change planned too?

Please post what information you have.
 
This is interesting...and perhaps encouraging. We contacted these guys and received the following very fast and open response to our media enquiry:

We have taken over the management of Grand Royal Casino on September 15th and very recently took over Winners' Playground as well. Only the management team and certain staff members have been replaced, the owners are still the same.

It is however important to note that the owners never interfered in the management of the casinos while it was still under the old management, they have now changed that approach by providing players with a dispute email address that is only accessible by the owners and not by the management staff.

Players can now email the owners directly if they feel that the casino management did not properly address any issue they may have had.

Both Grand Royal Casino and Winners' Playground will stay on RTG software and have no intention of changing since we feel it's still the best software available.

Grand Royal Casino and Winners' Playground have both been re-launched with a new look to go hand-in-hand with the new management and new management approach. We realize that the only way to restore the image of the casinos will be to review past disputes and resolve them. We have started this process and have paid a number of players that had winnings due to them. Players that may have had a dispute with Winners' Playground or Grand Royal Casino are welcome to email me (manager@grandroyalcasino.com) and we will investigate the matter. It is however a slow process and we urge players to be patient as we have to familiarize ourselves with all the past correspondence, account history etc.

my withdraw is again pending

two days ago I deposited 100$ in winnersplaygroun casino.
I have reach 800$ and requsted a withdraw.
I have sent driver license,utily bill and form.
but my withdraw is again pending after more of 24 hours.
On web site winnersplayground says that withdraw will neteller will be processed within 24 hours.
But I am wait again.
this is not correct because if I played in winnersplayground is because I have readen that withdraw will be processed within 24 hours.
 
Usually it takes a little more time when you have to send the faxback form (I had my money in about 72 hours, that is not too bafd for RTG standards). It's a different office that manages things. You should wait a little more before of opening a case against them.

after 8 days my withdraw is again pending.
the answer 2 days ago saing me:your withdraw will be processed in the 24 hours.It is not true.
Why winnersplayground on your wes site says :We aim to process all withdrawals within 24 hours after the withdrawal request is received as long as we have all the required documentation on file. When you have requested a withdrawal, please complete a fax back from and return the completed fax back form as soon as possible. Withdrawals received on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays will be processed the following Monday.

IT IS NOT TRUE BECAUSE MY WITHDRAW IS PENDING FROM 8 DAYS.
