hi.

As a UK user to this casino it didn’t take me long to realise that they were incredibly dodgy to say the least. They refuse to acknowledge KYC documents and also the emails either always bounce back or are ignored completely.

I have asked for my account to be closed and for them to stop contacting me on numerous occasions to which I haven’t had a response.

At the start of me opening my account I got up to over €700 euros to which I wanted to withdraw. They wouldn’t respond to any emails and live chat only promote the casino and don’t offer any kind of help.

I didn’t play after this and kept receiving emails with them offering me €50 free and then €100 free to play with but again I got up to €900 and wagered the full amount. Again they wouldn’t respond to my emails or on live chat.

I want to warn people about using this casino and also let people know that they are not allowed to accept bets from UK players.

Does anyone know the email for the lisencing body that winnermillion are under?

I guess Dunover is taking a tea break :p

winnermillion is a clip shot joint run from someone's garage in Curacao. That have been known to take unauthorized UK bets and have been caught red handed doing so:

Curaçao Master License 8048/JAZ is their license - they might as well be licensed by a house plant. How did you make a deposit? If it was via credit card I would recommend speaking with your bank since you were under the impression (I assume) that they were taking bets as a UKGC licensed casino.

I hate to be a bearer or bad news, but there is nothing that we can do but warn others.

Actually, I misread this. I thought it was the 1668/Jaz license.

All www.winnermillion products are operated by LS Media ADV N.V. ,Schottegatweg Oost 29D, Willemstad, Curacao, a company licensed and regulated by the laws of Curacao under the Antillephone N.V. license number 8048/JAZ2017-010.

I actually have a contact there I can check.

The problem with Curacao is that there are 4 master licenses. One is shit. One or two might be ok. And the fourth is unknown.

Really a sad state of affairs. But as a UK player, you need to make sure that the casino has a hyperlinked UKGC logo.

I will email my contact to see what's up and if anything can be done.

@dunover Care to fill this poor bloke in??
 What's he ever done to me??? :eek2:

No, seriously from the UK you should not be playing at Curacao sites - if ANY unlicensed or Curacao-only licensed sites take your money they shouldn't be! That's rogue behaviour, you are in unlicensed territory and have no rights or credible dispute infrastructure other than the goodwill of the casino, which is likely to be in short supply from a clip-joint taking fraudulent deposits.

The problem wouldn't and shouldn't exist IF payment providers, instead of happily creaming off their percentages, actually used due diligence to ensure deposits could only be made to casinos that are permissible in the country the depositor lived in.

The 8048 license isn't quite as rogue as 1668/JAZ under which ALL sites are bent - 8048 has some that are OK and some that should really be under the former number as they are clip joints. Whichever, none should be taking UK money.

I hate more their partners (see their site footer) than casinos like Winnermillion.... disgusting.

I can't understand why not promote safe, trusted casinos instead and warn players about shit ones.

The boomerang will hit them back a twice harder!

I just received an email directly from these guys offering £10 sign up bonus 200% deposit bonus and 50% cash back. They have NETENT and Microgaming games advertised which is a bit concerning and should be notified as they targeting UK players.
