Winner Screenshots!

Thanks Venetian. Your strategy is what i tend to follow as well except i start out $.45-$.90. Not being a highroller, i don't expect to make $2K or more hits. But if i'm really running well, i hope to end up with $600-$1000 every now and then. I haven't done that in over 5 weeks. So, on a good night i make just enough to afford that week a number of smallish ($25-$100) deposits elsewhere on which i go bust. It seems every win is always followed by going bust at a number of other places. I just don't seem to get ahead of the game or get to a situation where i can comfortably start out with more interesting bets.

This has been a very frustrating week. I had a couple of very nice hits but with horrible timing. They came when i was down, down, down, and after i had to decrease my bets to stretch out my play time. Didn't get much for it and ended up busting out anyway.

After this nice 4-wilds win i had hoped that this would be my night. Increased my bets to $1.80 but nothing happened and went down. Played some Wow Pot, got 4 scatters once, ended up more down anyway. Got a nice bonus in Big Kahuna and i figured my luck had returned and went back to Ladies Night. Well, when i was down to $220 i decided to withdraw and feeling a let-down and upset with myself. I meant not to go below $300 but i was so anxious to get a really lucky evening for once that i kept hammering away on the spin button at various games. My luck tend to be very short-lived; often just increasing the bets to over $1.50 seem to be the kiss of death. So, i always marvel at the success stories, like 3-4 great screenshots of a single evening, i see posted here. No offense to anyone, but those lovely screenshots here are not a very good influence on me as they tend to make me play longer than i should.

Strategies

Some excellent screenshots in the last few days... this forum makes me wanna play slots all day :)

I also follow a similar strategy to a few of the previous posters - put enough in for about 20 spins - normally 100 credits ( if possible) and gradually wind up the coin value as you win.
I also lower the coin value if things start going downhill to ensure there are allways enough for about 20 spins to play with.

Now atleast 9 times out of 10 (if you are as greedy as I am) you will lose your stake, but occasionaly you can have an excellent day and actually start playing with some real money.

Here are my only 'cashed in' wins on slots....

Well, what can I say. Larger wagers are kiss of death many times, but not always. I was looking at the winning shots here aswell and became attached to the $22.5 wager on Thunderstruck and Ladies Nite. I could show you a nice $1.300 win on Thunderstruck on $22.5, but in reality Ladies Nite and Thunderstruck ate slmost $4.000 of my account so I see no reason in showing an image which really only gives me agony!

There are some bets which are better than others in my opinion, $1.35 on Ladies nite being one of them. Study your playcheck logs and see where you are winning, you will notice that there are some wagers you simply don't win on. Stay away from those!

regarding the 5 spin without win equals up the wager, I havn't had any luck on that one. I'm personally in the opinion that $1 and $2 are two different systems with different payout schedules. I remember a dive I had on Secret admirer. Started with 0.01 x 9 x 1, 15 spins, then 0.01 x 9 x 2 - 15 spins, 0.01 x 9 x 3 - 15 spins... going all the way up to 0.5 x 9 x 15 before I was sure that now the bonus must come... After all, heck of a lot of spins here... I started the 1 x 9 x 1 betting and wated almost $1.000. I did get the bonus however after $700 or so, but it gave my only the two diamonds starting the bonus... So a rather nast kick in the face... However - since I managed that many spins before accually starting the $9 spinning, one could argue that I should have understood that this machine was not in a payout moode.

It all boild down to luck. The worst thing however seems to be when you get stuck on a machine. Getting stuck on eg. Cabin Fever is a good example of where not to get stuck, as a bonus pn this one is likely to give you nothing. I remember one time on 0.5 x 20 x 3 ($3) I got the spins, and I got respins 3 times - this is a total of 80 freespins. My total payout for theese were like $50... Ive won more on $0.3 infact...

Have fun - and don't get stuck on one machine to long, especially after you had a win!

You notice a lot of slots in Vegas are left with a nice win on the payline... I think regular gamblers have some sort of superstition that they leave a machine as soon as they hit something nice. I'm a sucker for staying with it...

Woo Hooo!!!

Stuck a bit in here and got this!!!!

See Andy, I bet you're glad now that you couldn't load the new games at 32Red, lol.

Isn't 5 scatters 100 * coins (54*100=5400) not 262??????

You're right Andy, I don't know why it's showing only 262. But I did ask Tim how much it paid in total and he said fifty some odd dollars....so maybe it got added in after? Good question, lol.

Nah he just screenshotted it before it finished counting up the coins hence why it still shows "0" in the win panel :) Nice looking shot though - i want one!

Forgot about these two wins at Global Player a few weeks ago. Dropped $30, more so cause I was bored, so was only mucking about. Played 5cent max. Well to my surprise not only did I fluke 1 Royal but within 30 min I'd bagged another. Got em both by holding the same 2 face cards (different suits though).

:D

And for those that missed it earlier.....Them clubs again :)

Cmoooooon now... I'm dying to know for sure what you get for multiple royals... The jackpot doesnt seem to reset until all hands have been dealt and it would appear to pay in coins... Does anyone know???

Been a while since i had anything really good to post. Had some fun in the Kathmandu Slot Junkies comp at Roxy (see Slot Junkies Leaderboard!), lost that (;)), switched to the Flash casino to play Thunderstruck (it looks, feels and plays better in Flash for me for some reason). Lost more, down to my last $60, upped the stake to $11.25 (the max. allowed at Roxy incidentally) to end the agony and bam...5 Ice Hammers with Thor in the Free Spins :D

Awesome Simmo....I'm speechless!!! $11.25 a spin with $60 left? God, I could play for hours on $60, lol.

:notworthy

Simmo! Great hit! I have got to say you guys with those big bets....have guts!

LOL. thx guys. Actually it should never have happened.

One of my "Golden Rules" is never play at Roxy from Friday afternoon through Sunday Night as they leave the money in Reverse Withdrawal all that time. So i NEVER play there at that time. But I forgot it in my excitement to play in the Kathmandu Competition.

Roxy won't flush even for you Simmo?

That really sucks....I would hate to have 6 grand sitting pending all weekend. Make sure you stay away from that reverse button. :)

Simmo,

Here's a tip for you and others who hit big, have a withdrawal pending and
don't think they can keep themselves from reversing some or all of it.
I have a system setup with my wife. I had her change the casino password.
Only she has the password. I would have her log me in to play but leave the "remember password" checked so I can enter and exit the casino at will.
But, when there is a cashout, I uncheck the "remember password". If I was
tempted to play, I would need to "beg" her to log me in. Of course, she would say "not until your cashout goes through". I would never fight with her over
gaming so she keeps me in check. It's been working great.
Also keep in mind that all the playing is worthless if you don't get some big cashouts from time to time. You might as well play in free mode only and donate your money to someone that really needs it (like starving children in Africa).

Good luck

I can't understand why you would want to go in and play more when you have thousands of dollars in there. You're likely to lose it all..... Just go take $100 and play somewhere else.

If you need to do this kind of thing locking yourself out you probably should think carefully about the way you are gambling - it looks like lack of self-control could be very dangerous for you.

HARD TO GET THIS ON CASHVILLE

I HAVE HIT EVERYTHING ON THIS SLOT 5 WILDS ALL THE 1000.00 4 SYMBOLS OF PEOPLE NUMEROUS TIMES OVER THE LAST YEAR BUT NEVER HAVE GOT THE 5 SCATTERS, THIS IS VERY HARD FOR ME TO GET FOR SOME REASON.
