Lucky me

Well I don't have a screenshot because my win happened at a local Indian casino last friday evening. Only the 2nd time I've ever been there. I walked in got $300 worth of $20 bills from their ATM. Walked over to the "Wheel of Fortune" $1 slot machine fed it a 20, played $3 per spin and won $20,000 on the 6th spin. The attendant paid me in $100 dollar bills (no taxes either) I was done gambling early :D I quit !!!!!

Why did you quit early?

I can understand stuffing the $20,000 into your shoe or another safe place, but you walked in prepared to lose $300. If you played and lost it, you'd still have the $20,000 stashed away to take home.

I have very little self control. :D I could have very easily lost $20,300 :D I've won big a few times in my life and gave it all back in the blink of an eye. This is the first time I was able to walk away. I'm pretty sure if I had stayed to play the other $280............things would have gone horribly wrong........................and the bonus........the wife doesn't know a thing :D

$20,000 in $100 bills wouldn''t fit in my shoe either :D They offered 2 security guards to escort me to my car in case someone tried to rob me . Nice to feel like a big shot. :D I'm more proud of myself for walking away a winner than I am about the win

A very smart move, bagofmaggots - congratulations on your huge win!

By now I'm sure you've put the money in the bank... so take your time and enjoy it, like a vacation, nice dinner, etc...

Bank is required to fill out a report of tansactions of $10,000 or larger. I would feel guilty putting that burden on them. I can do that my self. It goes with out saying both The IRS and my state tax board will get 100% of their "fair": share, of my good luck and the remaining 200 $100 bills will remain "nearby" I'll probably wimp out and tell the wife, she will catch me anyway, I've already "messed up" It's time to tell the truth.....that I forgot to mention I went to the casino 3 days ago and won $20.000.00.

Congrats!

I didnt know that even the Indians are connected to the WoF. I just saw them in Vegas.

Nice Win!!!

(1) Congratulations!!!

(2) Guess you had to do paperwork for the casino (1099 for $1200 and up)

(3) Do you have a horse track nearby??? A person could hangout near the $50 window and collect enough disgarded tickets over a few days to offset that windfall...if he wanted to...lol.

I think the IRS is aware of this "trick".

The only way I can see it being possible at max bet is getting a 7 with 2 10x multipliers. I didn't think they had Ten-Times-Pay machines connected to the wheel of fortune feature?

If you hhit the WOF symbols there is a set progressive for these machines, depending on coin size, .25c=$5000.00, $1=$20000.00

Is this the Canadian version or something? All the WoF machines I've seen in the US - both at Indian Casinos and Vegas/Reno - have progressives that are always in the millions.

These must be different than the IGT Superjackpot WoF machines you see everywhere in Vegas.

I dont know, I have seen them in Vegas, and no not part of the superjackpot. It is a LED screen with the fixed amount on it, they may now only be in Canada I am just not sure, although I have never seen or heard of anybody hitting it.

I had 3 wheel of fortune symbols. The only indication of a win was a small blue LED screen saying attendat will pay a win of 20,000. There were no bells, whistles or flashing lights. There did appear to be some kind of progressive jackpot but it was only a little over $1,000 I'm not an expert on that machine (6 pulls lifetime) but I think won the max on it.

On 8/16 I made a $25 deposit at CGB and hit this

Then this morning I made a $35 deposit at CGB and hit this

You most certainly did!! The WOF machines here have the WOF symbols as well as the 5x pay, the progressive isnt a real progressive it just stays at the number and you cant miss the display its above the reels and below wheel, about as wide as the game and 5" high.

Nice screenie Simmo! I've never had any luck at that game. $11.25/spin bet? Since we've been seeing some extrordinary winning screenshots from you as of late... and your wager amounts are almost always way above the average person's bet, I would like to know what kind of money you will lose in a session if you don't win one of these spectacular hits? I know how fast the money can go at my wagering level... which is only a fraction of yours.. so if you have a bad day the losses can be huge. What is the most you have lost in a day or two at the online casinos?? I think we need to see both sides of the coin to get a realistic perspective of what to expect from these games. No disrespect intended.. and I realize that this thread is meant for winning screenshots, but I'm just curious because I think that alot of people may get the impression that the people who post on this thread are winners all the time.. Good point :) Well up until mid-July i alway sbet on average $5.40 a spin. But i had an incredible run of luck (as you may have noticed!) and after cashing out a load to my savings account, I've just been going mad with the rest. Some days I've cashed out $10k + and i guess the most i've been down in a day since i started mad betting is arund $4k.

But i have a constant "cashout" strategy you see, whenever i hit a decent win, i bank some and in fact, it actually suits betting big. I've had far more success than when i bet small. So i never lose it all in a session - in fact i'd say it's 50/50 each session as to whether i'm up - bearing in mind its a lucky run! And that way it lasts a lot longer

By the way, while i was editing that, this happened. Bank a grand and on we go.... :D

VIP CASINOS

I have been having zero luck at Micro lately, so for something different I thought I would try VIP Casinos, they're a sponsor of Gonegambling, so I figured what the heck? I made a measly $25 deposit, got a 100% match, so started with $50. Shortly after starting to play, I hit this.

And then I left it and went and lost some money at a couple of Micros. So then late last night I went back to play some more and hit this, lol. This was from 7 or 8 free spins I think where the wild symbol gets held.

I also hit another $1,800 spin after this. I finally cashed out at $7,000. I took $5,000 via Fed Ex cheque (which is the max allowable) and another $2,000 to my Firepay. I have never won more than 2 grand before. I think I'm still in shock. Course I won't be ecstatic til I have the money in my hands, but from the feedback from some GG members, cashouts are totally pain free and fast. My Firepay portion is already out of pending, and according to their website they payout to ewallets Monday to Saturday, and it's credited after 3p.m. So I'll let ya know if I get the 2 grand today. This couldn't have come at a better time.

And Simmo, yeah I'm with Spearmaster, no wonder I can't win at Micro. You have everyone's luck right now. WTG, that's a beauty.

WTF, Simmo!

Next time TELL me when you are playing! No wonder I am getting my ass handed to me again...

haha - dont worry spear, i can sense a change in fortunes over the past 2 days. Could be time to go on holiday ;)

Pinababy - those are nice shots - good to see something new, especialy when it pays like that

Good strategy Simmo! I can understand and believe when you say that betting large has worked out well for you because it only takes one nice hit to put you over the top... and in most sessions we all usually have a nice hit or two. Keep up the good work (luck) ! I'm enjoying your screenshots by the way!

I'm on a royal streak this past week or so. I hit this at Lake Palace last Sunday

Then this morning I hit this at Inet

I found the cashout out button each time too :D

DAMN! Is that how you treat the person who so faithfully tended to your forums while you were busy jumping in the lake? :D

Well, at least I had a hit today - no big hits previous last three days but all sessions were comfortable winners. Must be because you and Simmo are not playing!

But now that you're back, I might just quit for a while... LOL...
