Its a mystery win, can be anywhere from 20-6000 coins when you get at least 2 of the jesters in the bonus game, if you line up 3 its an automatic 6000 coins, my bet on this was .20c x 10 =$2, on the base game you have the option to take your win, double it or spin the upper game, each spin in the upper game at the denomination costs $4 or 20 coins.

Yes, you can win on the base game and the bonus game, if you go back to the screen shot it shows the payout based on coins, you can only win the 6000 with max betting, either $1 or $2 based on the .10c or .20c, I hit on the bonus with a mystery max bet.
