Open it with Paint (or similar) and "Save as" a Jpeg, preferably reducing its size to 640x480 pixels before saving it.

A standard screenshot 800x600 saved as a Bmap uses 1.37MB of memory.
The same shot reduced to 640x480 and saved as a Jpeg uses only 96.7Kb
(That what my last two screenshots above were)

I am not most computer literate so my paint somehow was saving larger size and I didn't notice. Thank you for help

Probably and "add on" which hasn't been restored after the forum upgrade yesterday.
