Sigh..i remember playing DOA a couple months ago and I just wasn't thinking when I placed my bet it was for .75..now it's a 9 liner so no possible way to bet .75 if one is betting the whole nine lines. Anyways, like I said, not thinking and went ahead and placed a few spins and got the bonus. Let me try to explain how I play that slot. It works pretty good for me most of the times. I almost never play all 10 lines, unless I have WR to fulfill. I leave it on auto 30-60c depending on how it goes. I usually play low. It definately needs at least 300 spins and miserable paylines to give you 3 wilds, but it does. My deposits are between 20 and 30 euro. First 50 spins are 1 line 20c. If it pays nothing there, then I just go down to 1 line 6-8c, depending on my bankroll. It gives back the loses in "timely manner" = before everything is gone. I think what it triggers it most is the changing of the bet, as all the games are based on algorithms and by changing the bet you just change the algorithm. I don't know a lot about maths, but this is what a genious friend of mine told me a few times. Mostly it makes no difference if you up or you lower your bet. The important thing is the change of the algorithm that takes place, when you change your bet.

Here my last "beaty". After losing and winning back my bankroll a few times, I tried some higher bet 3x15c. I didn't get 3 wilds this time, but still fine, 500x my line bet or 190x total bet .

The vast majority of that is the fishing dude doubled up by the inclusion of wilds in the 5OAK.

I think I'd consider this to be a 'sister slot' to Enchanted Spins in terms of pays, but instead of the expanding wilds you've got the 'top tier' 5OAKs with a wild in there (100-200x stake, similar to the expanded wilds pays on Enchanted Spins), and then the big pay potential from the free spins round, although I haven't yet managed to get the 100 free spins. i usually play on 20 per deposit, and then i play 1 game with this.
i thought i noticed a similar thing like you, with the wilds after change of bet size. to me it seems like if you go up after wins without wilds, the bet change doesnt affect the winning streak. after losing on for example 1e bet, you get nice wins when you go down to 50, and if you go back to 1e, it does something.
and you know that when you won like 3x deposit, you better bail on this game and first lose 1 deposit elsewhere, before playing on starburst again.
about the 3 wilds possibility, i think i've played at least 50.000 spins on this machine at several casino's (and plat as we speak), and never had 3 wilds. but still hooked untill i get full bars!
