It's fair to say that 3dice is probably the most honest site I have ever played at in my life. A lot of other sites would have just taken that 200. Sorry old chap but I really couldn't disagree more.

Look what happens to the 'expected wagering' figures as the RTP goes up.

Here are the chances of meeting a £122,000 WR from a £1877 bankroll. (Easiest way to work this out is to simply divide the bankroll by the house edge expressed as a decimal, i.e. a 95% RTP slot has a house edge of 5% so just divide the bankroll by 0.05, which therefore assumes that each spin 'costs' 5p.)

95% RTP - 1877 / 0.05 = £37,540 wagered before bust-out

96% RTP - 1877 / 0.04 = £46,925

97% RTP - 1877 / 0.03 = £62,566

98% RTP - 1877 / 0.02 = £93,850

99% RTP - 1877 / 0.01 = £187,700 - OOPS!

So what I did for the second attempt was:

1) Increase my bankroll on a high variance slot, this was the biggest gamble of the whole endeavour but I'd rather have taken the gamble early on, so that if I bust out I could just try again quickly.
2) Move to the highest RTP slot on Rival's books, The Back Nine, which has a 98-99% RTP depending on your performance in the bonus round (it's true skill).
3) See out the WR exclusively playing The Back Nine, which should comfortably be achieved at 98% RTP or higher.
4) Cash out.

Why do you think Tropica have now done this to the bonus terms?..... Note which slots are now only contributing at 10% to the WR instead of 100%

I stumbled across this promotion by accident, but in nearly beating it the first time it became pretty clear to me that with an optimal strategy it was not only beatable, but EASILY beatable.

Yes I did get 'lucky' in beating the bonus with such a big bankroll, but even 'average' luck makes this bonus beatable about 50% or more of the time, which at £100 in for £1000 out is a disaster area for the casino - which is why the bonus has been hit with a massive nerf bat.

Long story short, the amount of symbols per reels are Reel 1 = 24, Reel 2 = 28, Reel 3 = 34, Reel 4 = 40, Reel 5 = 40, multiplying these together will give us the possible maximum combinations available per spin for this slot, which is 36,556, 800, now, back to the RNG and how it works, when you hit the spin button, the RNG will generate a number as such using calculations based on the reel strips layouts and the overall RTP.

To be anywhere near the RTP of a slot you will need to have spinned your way to somewhere very close to the cycle of all spin combinations, now as this aspect effects the RTP we can do some simple maths as to how to calculate the amount of spins to hit the Jackpot, In MM`s case this is 1,218,560, (would have been double this figure but reel 1 has two wilds thus increasing the possible jackpot combo`s from 15 to 30) suffice to say that the odds of hitting the Jackpot are the amount of spins to base our full cycle on.

That`s over 1.2 million spins, I would have a rough guess that around 1 million of these spins are dead.

So Chopley, unless my maths are out, it is suffice to say that you could play Mermaids Millions, plough through 1 million spins, without one return whatsoever, yet still be within it`s RTP.
