This game is new to me but free spin feature is good 30 FS with 3x

I also recently started playing the coffeshop slot, Fs can be good and I have hit re triggers a number of times. Seems medium varience to me. I remember this was a slot I was asked to test for Microgaming around a year ago. It can pay massive as I was shown but so far only managed around 70 to 150xs my bet on fs.

Scary Rich 1/ Voodoo

I hit these At SlotoCash, last week....

How are you getting to bet more than $2/spin (5cent credits) on Scary Rich 1?

Rival lowered the max bet to $2/spin and 1cent credits quite some time ago. This is one of the main reasons I quit playing Rival casinos -- except maybe 1x a month. They did this on SR1, SR2, Fixer Upper and Phsych 60s. All the games that have expanding wilds and 1000x (or more) bet possibilities.

Are these really old screen shots?

Thanks for pointing that out - I didn't know about that!
I just checked 3 Rival casinos - and you're right. 1c max on Scary Rich.
The limits might be able to be set on a player-by-player basis - I will try to find out.

Now why would I post really old screen shots and say that they were from last week?
I would have just said, "these are really old screen shots"... ya?

Of course they are not really old, or even old at all... they are from last week, exactly as what I said.

I have .05 cent denomination on both scary1 and scary2, but not any denomination higher than that.
SLOTO' is different than the other Rivals, probably.
I don't really know, as I really am not a depositing player at other Rivals.

I asked because maybe you put up the wrong screenshots. I have long-standing accounts at both Slotocash AND Box24 (VIP at both).. I just checked them BOTH once again and Scary Rich 1/2 only allows $2/max bet on 1c credits. The option to increase to 5cent credits remains greyed out. Can't do it and haven't since early 2010.

I had very long arguments with Slotocash (Manager: Georgina) and Box24 last year when they did this and they said it was a RIVAL decision. I pointed out it must be because they were losing too much money when 3 expanding wilds would hit. They would NOT confirm but I told them it was SHADY (at best) to change a game that had already been released for so long.

So QUESTION remains: How come YOU get to bet more than $2 when so many of us cannot at the SAME Rival casinos?

ps.. VERY HAPPY you won big!!! So let's not lose sight of your good news :)

The only thing that I can think of, is VIP 'level'.
Maybe, I am a different level? I am a 'Platinum' VIP.
I know that my withdrawal limits are much higher than what I know of some other players to have... maybe, higher betting limits, too?

I just checked my Black Diamond acct. and scary1 and scary2 have .01 cent denomination, only.
I am VIP at Black Diamond. However, I rarely have played there.

Thanks!:) sorry, if I came off slightly on the defense... I was a bit offended when you asked if the screenies were old...after, I had just stated that they were from last week- and, really.. they are.

I play mainly scary2 at sloto and I might add very badly, I see the max able to be played on that is now $1 (10 coins), psychedelic 60's is $1, funnily the two I have won okay on once or twice in the past.

scary1 is still $2

You might have something there... maybe for high-er roller VIP, they set it up back to 5cents ($10max bet).

I might be up there with ya if they hadn't made that change. I took that as a sign that Rival was losing money and couldn't afford to pay out big wins like we were seeing here on the 1000x bet threads -- especially with folks betting $5 or more and then catching 3 exp. wilds with "jackpot" symbols.

As for the person that said some games are now $1/max bet.. FORGET IT! I won't bet less than $1.50 on any game (10cents per line at least). If I win, I need something that justifies a nice cashout.

Good luck everyone... here's wishing this week brings all of us some nice screenshots :)

I'm ready to see some more big wins... here's one I had recently at Microgaming. I got it on the second spin so had I gone with 5 spins, multiplier would have been 10x, 15x or 20x.... ended up winning about $500 from what I recall. Pretty nice. Still haven't had a single spin worth over $1500 since 2008 betting $1.50 to $5/spin. Amazingly that's with something like 500 deposits between MG, Rival, RTG and 3dice -- except for 1 RF on 50cent denom :( Oh well. Keep trying ;)

I deposited at Sloto Cash for the first time in a while the other day. The slots including Scary Rich were limited to 1c or $2 max bet.

I normally play much higher bets so I was really pissed off. They said I need to raise my VIP level before they will agree to increase my betting limits. No way will I play there again. What a bunch of amateurs.

Same happened to me yesterday. I have not used Centrebet since last year. But they credited my account with €50 last night (nice gesture)
and I used it on Great Blue (Playtech). The max bet limit was €1 or something.

I did not care to ask them to change it yesterday, since it didn`t come from my own deposit. But I will ask for a higher limit before I do a deposit. Centrebet has a very good CS (and a nice rep here), so I don`t think that will be a problem.

way to go ergopro

NetEnt is a underestimated provider in this forum. I like Piggy Riches, try it if you haven`t :)

Kasino King said he will see what the deal is and I'm sure he will :) I played at VR yesterday on a 50 chip but didn't play scary cause I could never hit much on it high bet or low.
I asked the Sloto rep about it - and was VERY disappointed with his reply.

He said the Scary Rich slots are set to $2 max to prevent "bonus abuse" (betting big, getting a huge win and "grinding out" WR on low variance slots at 1c/line)
This does not wash with me at all; what about when the player doesn't hit the big win & loses all his money in a matter of minutes...?
I call that GAMBLING, not "bonus abuse".

Funny thing is, this is the exact opposite of what Club World have done to stop "abuse" there! (They increased the minimum bet instead of lowering the max).

Anyway, I said "What about people who are playing WITHOUT a bonus then?".
He said they were looking into way to allow those players to bet bigger.
We're talking about slots here for goodness sake - to me this is all nonsense! :(

Thanks KK.

These Rival operators are pathetic. They want to run a casino but dont want to take any risks even if the odds are majorly in their favour.

It makes me mad and a reason I dont play much at Rival. No way an MG casino would pull this type of stunt.

Then it must be VIP level that allows me the privileged option to play with .05 cent denomination

This is NOT about "bonus abuse", but an advertising deception. They are trying to make it harder for players to cash out from a bonus, making bonuses a shackle, rather than a perk; yet they are advertised as perks in order to convince players that bonuses are ALWAYS a good thing.

You can STILL "abuse" the bonuses just as effectively, just deposit small & often, and bet $2, rather than make big deposits for big bonuses that would really need much bigger bets to get ahead.

With non-cashable bonuses, you HAVE to have a big hit at some time, and you CANNOT ever win just by having a long term run of slightly above average payouts, something you CAN win from where bonuses become cashable once WR has been completed.
