there were 3 rows of 5,000 as the second reel should have expanded to cover the reel, but it still paid correctly.

3 rows of 5,000 = 15,000 X 3 coins = 45,000 and this was only a couple of spins after the free spins which would have boosted it nicely

It's the line with 2 red squares from the left and then those 3 similar topless babes...it starts a small animation when you hit those symbols, that's why they don't seem to match in that screenshot...

It's those two red squares that are on the left and those three similar symbols (middle reel middle row, 4th reel top row and 5th reel top row)
