Nice hit... did Brian ever find out why U.S. Players grandfathered in can play SOME games but not others? We can play OLDER games but not the new ones -- all due to some Legal jargon?

So if I was 12 years old, it would be okay for me to buy beer if it's in a bottle but not beer that's sold in a can?

It's LEGAL or it ISNT... right? sooooo frustrating to see dozens of new games -- many with stacked wilds or WAYS instead of lines... also seems like the newer games at MG pay alot better. Am i wrong?

I agree jimb123...I always see these great hits on these fun looking games...It is very frustrating..Why can we play some, but not all!!

Everyone seems to hit the freespins at TS2 but me lol. Seriously, I played it at probably every Microgaming casino out there and after losing around 500 USD without EVER winning a goddamn penny I decided to simply never play it again :mad:

I can help give some of the reasons as to why we cannot play these games. I have been playing microgaming for over 8 years and once they enacted the new U.S. Laws, all new games at microgaming were not available to the U.S. because they did not want to get involved in the problems surrounding the new laws. The reason we can play the old games, is because they were always available to the U.S. customers and therefore without losing all the U.S. customers they went ahead and and allowed us to continue playing what we had always been able to play. Most the poker sites initiated similar restraints allowing players to keep playing on their sites as long as they still had money to play with, but no longer allowed players from the U.S. to deposit.

However, I do not know what they did to determine which games stayed and which games left, because i know we are missing quite a few games that we had for years, and did keep some of the newer games. I also think games like Lord of the rings would not be available to the U.s. because of the brand name attached to that particular slot and all the problems that could develop by allowing U.S. customers to participate in playing some of these games. It probably has a lot to do with their investor's, and they feel they will not be able to gather new partnerships or other gain as much help with their business if they are breaking laws by allowing the U.S. customers to play on their sites. This is probably another reason some of the MG sites now have new names and specify a U.S. software along their brand names. The whole situation sucks, but I am just happy I can still play some of the classic MG games and although I am limited in my game selection, it is better than not being able to play at all.

I personally do not think the U.S. will be banned from all these sites forever and eventually we will be able to play again. this all stems from the poker sites that were screwing over U.S. players and some of the untrustworthy online sites that were deemed rogue. I think the laws as they are currently in place are really stupid, but you have to understand that the U.S. is trying to protect us and although they are doing it in a dumb way, they nonetheless have our best interests in mind.

To answer your main question as to whether or not it is illegal?.. I had like 3 paragraphs of discussion about this that I have cut out. I do not want to get into this discussion on a public forum. You can do research and find out those answers on your own :) As long as you always lose and never cash out I don't see how it could be illegal because you have to win sometimes for it to be considered gambling LOL
 
32red.. U.S. players

I'm in the U.S... and have accounts open at more than a dozen Microgaming casinos and all of them let me play and make deposits.. just can't play any new games (meaning released in the last 2 yrs approx)...

How come 32red is the ONLY MG casino that didn't grandfather in U.S. players that already had an open account?

Any U.S. players here able to play at 32red cuz I can't imagine that they are the only ones that disallowed ALL players.. are they?

ps... nice wins lately at MG casinos.. anyone notice we're seeing alot of them lately?:D Hope I'm next.
 
No U.S. are able to play at 32red at all.. they do not have a U.S. section. Just found this online and I am looking for the actual case that came down in kentucky. This was an article from a long time ago right before they stopped allowing us to play all the games. It was right after they released the "Scrooge" slot machine.

From a website dedicated to MG: "Due to the Kentucky case which has recently burdened the online casino and gaming industry as a whole several Microgaming Online Casino Groups have recently announced that they will no longer be accepting any new players from the United States. In an attempt to mitigate as much risk associated with being involved in operations within the United States Microgaming is acting in their own best interest in doing so.

yes bisbis if you hit 5 scatters, then in fs 3 more that is for another 100 fs. Is the same in the kingkong slot, one time got 3 scatters for 150 fs, and total was 750 fs.

never thought I would ever hit a random jackpot in my entire life. Was playing on slotastic and bought in for 20 and claimed a 20 bonus.
