Hi Agustin,

This is what I would do :

(1) The Notarized Docs should be sent by post mail to be legal, they are needing the original signed , stamped Doc in hand , this is really ok and standard.

(2) The notary fee is a bit much imo , could be anywhere from 30.00 to 70.00 USD from what I have found out thus far concerning Argentina, there is really no set rate, so check around for the lowest fee and make sure they are certified/ registered with your local goverment , you do not want the word Fraud to rear its ugly head.

(3) I would ask for them to refund any monies if the notary cost is high , doesn't hurt to try by I really doubt they will.

(4) Ask yourself , are you going to be ahead after you spend this money and make that 50.00 deposit and all the running around that will consume alot of time , headaches , is it worth it to maybe not get paid , which could happen.

(5) Play at some Accredited casinos listed here at CM, atleast you will know whom you are dealing with and have all the help you need should a problem arise.

Wish you luck,
Laurie

Almost any casino with their group would ask for notarized copy for a no deposit bonus as they know you would have to spend so much time and money sorting and sending that, you would hopefully forget withdrawing and lose it all back to them

This teaches you to always use the websites in accredited section, my sympathies for you though

Thanks gals/guys for replies and advices, in this forum feels supported by other players.
Same day after clear bonus made 50 eu deposit via neteller, before that contact with chat support and operator only wants my deposit, "deposit and make withdrawal, just that".So im lost both winnings + deposit by now.

I sent some mails to Playtech executives/marketing employes explaining this situation, lets wait what happens...
After that i gonna check more casinos reviews from casinomeister.com

thanks again!!

A win from a free chip plus depositing the 50.00 , the marketing and executives are not gonna give a rats turd about you , sorry , just trying to save you some frustrations on your end, you may just ask for the 50.00 back and ask them to close your account , you might just get lucky. I hate to see you jumping all those darn hoops , but it is your time and dime , so have at it and live and learn:)

Since blacklisting is tricky business and not for amateurs, I've renamed the thread.

@ kocheww - there is some sage advice here - I'd use it.

Conclusion

First thanks for your advice and support, this is great forum.

Yesterday received winner casino support phone call, we talk about this case but:

*Winner casino dont take any responsability if my documents lost on the way to Phillipines.
*Winner casino doesnt pay for notarial fee + certified post to Philipines.
*Winner casino remove my winnings after withdraw my verification deposit via Neteller.

How Playtech could have this kind of affiliates? dont know.
Now only want warn other players about they "verification system" an bureaucracy.

AVOID and BLACKLISTED this casino

Dear Kocheww,

We would like to make a summary of your case and the discussion we had with you over the phone. We have reviewed your account again and we can see that you have had profitable stay in our casino. You received a bonus from us just for registering in our Casino, then you had chance to play and to check out our games. You managed to accumulate very good amount of winnings only by using our Free Sign Up Bonus.

Before making a deposit in our Casino you had a correspondence with our representative where you were made aware of the conditions of the bonus that you used. Only after that you made a successful deposit so that you can proceed with your withdrawal request. At that time we believe that you had a great time in Winner Casino and there was just one more thing which had to be done in order to move forward with your withdrawal request – to honor the Terms of use of the casino by providing us with the required documents.

That is a common process that we have and have made sure that every client is aware of that by posting our conditions on the official website of Winner Casino. We believe that we have done our part to be transparent with the conditions of the bonuses that we offer as well as with the terms for withdrawal.

Even though our conditions are clear and accessible for everyone, we understand that there has been some misunderstanding and we were happy to get in touch with you and present a few options for the resolution of your concern. We managed to reach you over the phone and we explained the terms of our Casino again regarding the withdrawal process that we have and follow. As we explained, we could have proceeded with your withdrawal request should you have agreed to send the required documents, however you have opted to take an alternative option – to get the deposit you made back. We have already processed your deposit back in accordance with the agreement we reached over the phone.

The refund of your deposit and the removal of the winnings was done with your consent. Based on our conversation we believe that we have reached a resolution which you have agreed with.

We hope that you might consider playing at Winner casino – you have managed to win once and we are sure that you can win even more and as long as the withdrawal policies are followed, every customer can make a withdrawal.

Thank you for your time and cooperation.

Sincerely,
Winner Casino

Dear Kocheww,

to honor the Terms of use of the casino by providing us with the required documents.

Asking for notarised documents is a complete scam and totally unnecessary given the amount of the withdrawal. You know it, we know it - stop trying to pretend otherwise.

I agree -avoid Winner.com and their various other sites.

I avoid the casino too. Still I think it's a good thing that there is a rep here finally responding to issues. I don't think they ever have done that before.
Don't scare him off from helping immediately because it will always be players that needs help. Just my opinion of course ;)

Need for notarized documents in order to withdraw is enough reason to stay far away from Winner casino.

AFAIK notarized documents are only asked for in certain circumstances.

There may be an issue with the status of their ID, or they may be suspected of some kind of fraud. Who knows? The point is....none of us do, so it's a bit pointless taking a swipe at the casino for requesting these docs when we don't know WHY.

Personally, as long as notarized documents are only requested in GENUINE cases of suspected fraud etc, then I am OK with it. FWIW, I have seen VERY few cases over the years at CM where genuine, honest players have been asked for such things....and in almost all of these cases, the issue has been resolved in other ways without need for notarization e.g. PAB, contact with rep, etc,

In any case, the OP declined to send them and received his deposit back, so it is case closed.

If someone can provide some solid evidence that this casino/group does this as a matter of course to all NDB winners, then I will gladly entertain a different POV.

Thanks for your support/comments guys, about ID status or fraud: all bullshit, i sent scaned (300mpp qual) national ID but they refuse that docs.I offered the rest of docs Bills, Driver license, Neteller print screen too but they refused again.
About fraud: Winner investigate my account and player behavior, every detail i think.Im a casual casino player just that.

Already cashout my deposit from this scammers, they keep my winnings of course.
