Tips Winner Casino! (Bad experience!)

I am an experienced online casino player im on my 4-5 year. Microgaming + Net ent mostly.

Today I made an account with Winner Casino.
This is my first Playtech experience. Holy cow... how bad are these machines?

Scatter comes around every full moon and when they finally do they pay nothing.

Problem list

1. No answer from costumer service( no message about where I am in line) (live chat)
2. Fundsend problem amount taken from card doesnt show on my winner casino account. (eventually came 30 min++)
3. THE SLOTS! I tried to search for big wins playtech after playing 2-3 hours and about 400 euro played, and
they never seem to pay anything big or even half big payouts. 600-1000x bet are almost never seen. My scatter wins where like 2x bet -20x bet.
Really horrible experience!

Stick to Microgaming or Net Entertainment is my advise

My personal opinion anyway!

When you play 400 euro at 0,25 and 0,5 for many hours on different machines you get a feeling about how the general (regular) payouts are.. Almost all are get scatter freespins etc.. I wasnt complaining about not getting 1000x bet.. But when you play 50-100 euro and first scatter pays 4-10 euro and this happens on several machines.. I feel entertainment value is terrible.

Most of the good Playtech slots are high variance. I've got some good screenies of 500, 750, 1000x on their games - quite achievable. Whether I'd choose to play them at Winner Casino though - that's a whole other question :S

No need to get snarky. What the other poster was saying is that saying a casino (or casino software) is lousy because you didn't win on your first deposit is being a little unrealistic.

I don't play at Winner casino but play at a few others regularly. Playtech games have the potential to pay out really well - my BF won $30K+ on a $1.35 bet - it was a progressive game, but still. I've also hit a $500 win on a $.20 bet, which really surprised me - and kinda pissed me off because it happened when I was betting low. Big hits are just as possible with Playtech as any other casino, but you're not going to get them every time you play.

I have read at least 50% of all casinomeister screenshot treads and playtech are rarely present. But lets be realistic, we play for the entertainment value. None of us go in thinking we're gonna get 1000x when we sit down pushing those buttons. I want my moneys worth in entertainment. I didnt get that at winner casino. Personally think the machines(playtech) are far under what I have come to expect from net ent/MG.

This was from a $50 deposit at Winner casino, I've never had a problem with cashing (4 days), support has always been good IMO



My biggest playtech hit was on A Night Out $2400 on the feature at $10 a spin (no screenshot). This was at Eurogrand casino (William Hill Group) which I also had no problems cashing from and they would give me loyalty bonuses with no WR. I like Playtech. Had some pretty good wins on their slots. The features don't come up often enough though so bare that in mind when deciding how much to deposit. My favorite slots are Penguin Vacation and Big Blue (the music on the Big Blue free spins is really catchy).

I felt the tone of his reply was very condescending towards me, anyhow that does NOT give me the right to be snarky or
create a bad vibe on this forum.

Serves me right to get those screenies in my face. Was a little hasty to pick on Playtech when my real issue was with Winner Casino.

Anyway I much rather take MG or NETENT anyday.
It all comes down to personal taste I guess.

ive played at winner quite a bit in the past and done ok, probably around even overall, i guess the main problem for me is the lack of games that i would like to play, in terms of winner the withdrawals arent the quickest but ive had no issues , and the occasional free no deposit bonus when logging in is nice, but they only seem to come when you are a regular depositor which in the last months ive definitely not

Had my documents declined.. Very strange used the same pictures to verify on every other casino never a complaint.. Utility bill was cropped they said. Well nothing to do but try again

Some casinos declined utility bills, in case the whole bill is not showing. Despite that all the information is still shown in the picture.

Many Playtech Casino are 4 working days to process a withdrawal.
Which basically means if you don't withdraw on a Sat,Sun or early Monday then it can be 6-7 days and if its to a card an extra 2-3 days.

Also beware that generally you cant reverse part of a withdrawal you have to reverse the whole amount and you are back to 4 working days again if you withdraw again.

My solution to this is play elsewhere with no pending period or as I have in the past had the account temporary locked.

Casino's ONLY put a pending period in place to hold your money hostage and to make sure you reverse and lose. It is irresponsible, predatory and against responsible gambling ethics. The reason you withdrew is because you are DONE playing and would like your winnings... There is no excuse for any pending period. I NEVER play where my money is held against my will.

Be aware there is a 30-day max cashout at casino.dk of 7500. Also, note they do give you lots of bonuses which is fun but make sure you clear each and every one before you take the next or they carry forward!! It's the same casino as Casinoplex and there's a loooong thread about this issue from very recently.

Casinos use the pending period to stall you're payment. Hoping you will reverse the money and loose. What they don't realize is that can cause a player to have bad feelings towards the casino and most likely never deposit there again. There might be a short term benefit for casinos but over the long term the casino will loose.

Very satisfied with casino.dk but I read all rules, sent inn proper documents twice and of course had to complete WR first.
