So i deposited about 500 Euros, and then they gave only about 100 Bonus, so played for a few hours, and finally made about 17 000 Euros, and decided to withdraw my money, next thing i know they say can only withdraw 1500 Euro, and after that my amount is showing 0 EURO, i am very upset about this! Is this normal? i had 17 000 EURO and now its not even showing after i asked to make the 1500 withdrawal?

Not normal at all, you deposited a chunky €500, so there should be no max cashout.

It could be a weekly limit of €1500, but this does not explain why the remaining amount has simply vanished.

If Casino Plex is not on the PAB "no can do" list, then a PAB (Pitch a Bitch) submission would be the next step.

There's not enough detail in the opening post to make a judgement - we need to know the FULL terms of the bonus that was given.
It could well be that there was a maximum cash-out attached, but that the OP did not read the terms before accepting the bonus.

Casino Plex is a good operator IMHO.

Hi!,

Did you contact the casino and if so what did they say about your missing funds? I could not find anything in their terms regarding a max cashout if you claim a bonus just that bonuses must be wagered 50 times so it seems you did a lot of wagering. Which bonus did you take? The more information you can give the easier it is for people to help you.

I would contact the casino if you have not already to see what they say and if they are giving you the run around PAB as VWM suggested.

All i did was make a deposit of €500, when i went back to play, they said congratulations accept €100 bonus, i clicked ok.

So total was €600, i logged in European roulette, and played, i must have played for about 5 hours, lots of wagering was made, but i only played roulette! I actually had it at €23 000 at one stage, then it got to €17 000 and i decided to cash out.

I click on withdrawal, gave me some message about bonuses being excluded from the amount, and i was ok with that because the bonus was only €100 anyway.
Next thing i know i can only withdraw €1500? after i make the €1500 withdrawal my funds go from €17000 to €0 i took some screen shots showing my played history and the amount i did have!

I emailed support but have not yet heard from anybody. Probably because its Easter.

So WR is $100,000.

The rules say if you withdraw before meeting WR you lose the lot.

Doesn't explain $1500 though does it.

How much am i suppose to receive from the €17 000? a little bonus of €100 should not dictate such a large amount not being able to be withdrawn...

Have you contacted Casino Plex' customer support? That's your first port of call, try and find out from them what is going on.
There's not a lot anyone here can do until the full story is known. It seems strange at the minute but we've only heard one side...

So i just spoke to someone on the online chat, and apparently i had to make over 50 000 Euro to be able to withdraw my money.. i mean come on? WHO in their right mind would deposit so much money and then expect this?
I played with MY own money, 100 bonus didn't do anything for me.

All i know is i will never come back to this casino. Completely unacceptable!

well if what nifty said about the roulette being 5% contribution and they said you had to wager $50,000 then if you played something at 100% contribution it would be about $2500 wagering so 25x your bonus of $100

you are fish in gambling ? Do you read terms and conditions caisno rulez? If you deposit 500€ and recived instant messege abaout 100€ deposit bonus - and you accept this bonus then you agree to make wagering Deposit + bonus x example 25 or x 30


So 500+100 = 600 x 30? ( im dont know how look wagering rulez in Casino plex)

If wagering in slots is 100% and in roulete is 5% then your wagering in Roulete is not (Deposit + bonus) x 30 but A lot more.......


If You dont read bonus terms and conditions then you have problem - If you dont wonna recived bonus then after deposit and if you see you automatic ? recived 100€ bonus you shoud go to live chat and ask to removed this bonus from your accont (before starts play)- If you play with only your money then you can withdrawal winnings in any moment.

In this situations if you make withdrawal playing with bonus and dont finish wagering requeiments then casino can void all winnings - so you broke rulez - and in this case you shoud be happy with aproved withdrawal 1500€.

Would be easy to make set the system up that it wont let you go to cashout page if you have wagering requirement left.

Should be that if you cash out and have not completed wagering requirements the system wont let you cash out, not that all your money is taken away, this really is a screwed up rule for any casino that has it. Would be easy to make set the system up that it wont let you go to cashout page if you have wagering requirement left.

Not sure how it works at Casino Plex but I'm sure I've seen casinos where as you wager towards the requirement the system keeps clearing funds proportionately. If play through is 100X for every $100 wagered $1 will be cleared for withdrawal then if you cash out you forfeit all the rest.

That cuts both ways. We can't expect them to honour the terms and conditions of bonuses and promotions then turn around and say, er but can you make an exception here
