Casino Complaint Winbig21 is trying to rob me

Hi all,

First of all, sorry for my broken English..

My problem is..

I put 30 euros at winbig21 to play 920% bonus. Playtrought 35. Payable 1.25 x bonus + deposit. (something like this) I succeed.. I've made a cashout of 350 euros. Later I cancelled the withdrawal and I played again up to 952euros then I stopped and made a cashout. The withdrawal was "processing" and they asked me to send them usual documents required, what I did.. Then no more answer and I realised they just shut down my account. They don't respond my mails anymore. I tried everything contact@ support@ manager@ etc.. But in vain..

I made a printscreen of my withdrawal in process before my account was closed and I have their email saying they would pay me after verification.

Please I need your help to figure this out and get my cash.

I don't know what to do. You have solved this for some people with the same problem than mine at the same casino in the past.. You are my last hope. Finger crossed

Alas you're in Barrymore territory here. Sorry, I just realized you're not English-speaking (your English was very good by the way, that's why!) so what I am saying is that this site is extremely bad my friend. It's a dodgy Rival casino via Cyprus and even AskGamblers, who aren't fussy about whom they promote, do not recommend anyone to play there - they have 49 unresolved complaints against this shithole casino and most of them are for the same issue you have. They simply won't pay players who win there.

I'm 99% sure that if you were to use the Casinomeister PAB service there would be no response or resolution of your issue - casinos this bad simply don't pay under any circumstances. If you are saying though that CM has in the past been able to assist players at this specific casino, then you could try the CM arbitration service. The link to the complain form and rules are here:

Before you fill it in, I'll tag @maxd into this thread as he will likely be able to advise if it's worth proceeding or not.

Whichever it is, I would expect disappointment if I were you.

I saw on your forum that someone called Kasinoking has a contact in rival who could be helpful. He sorted a problem with winbig21 in the past.. But it was in 2014..

Actually it's not the only problem I have with rival casinos.. Let me give the all picture, I also have a withdrawal of 309 euros at golden lady casino and one of 1000 euros at casino royal club, both processing for almost a month with my documents under verification. They don't respond my mails anymore and they leave the chat when they see that it's me.. But they did don't shut my account down so I still have hope! (...) How can I be so unlucky to get ripped by three casinos on same time

Do you think I can create directly two others for my problems with Golden Lady and Casino Royal Club?

They still not answering me and I am waiting my documents to get checked for a month.. I'm wondering how casinos like that can be still operating without any problems in 2k20.. Its unbelievable

I also wrote last week for help at rival by the official website and at a French mediator for Rival too, so I don't know where the "kick" came from but I got paid so thank you to everybody for what you're doing..

I still have a problem for 1000 euros at winbig21 and my account still closed with no answer from the support.. I just realised that my account had been shut down at Crazy Luck as well and I have no withdrawal pending with them, so I guess this is the same house... I tried to ask them why they closed it but no answer.. Of course this is the same group..

Actually the best option to get paid is courtesy and patience.. It took me a month an half to get paid by Golden Lady and Casino Royal Club. (I've sent one "kind" mail every 4-5 days) switch between support@ and finance@...
My last paiement of 950 euros just arrived yesterday from winbig21.. (more than a month too)
