Hi. Obviously this being my first post and my first thread, I am new to this site so if I am doing this wrong, I apologize ahead of time. I am at my wits end regarding this casino and their lack of really giving a damn. I am just asking for the $61 they stole out of my bank account and am being given thr run around. This is the only onlin casino I have ever deposited at and willl probably be the last.
On July 18th I deposited $40 and was approved. I lost it over a bit of time and decided to try another deposit which was declined. I immediately received a phne call from someone who explained they were having some server issues and I should try again. I did just that and was declined a second time. Both deposit attempts were for $30 each.
The next morning I woke up and found that both $30 attempts that were declined on their end were withdrawn from my checking account. Each withdrawal was for $31.61. I guess the .61 cents was some sort of fee. I called the casino and their line was down for 3 days. I finally got ahead of a human named "Steve" who told me they were having issues and the money would be refunded to me. Since then I have called dozens of times. Emailed them and tried every other form of communication to just receive the run around over and over. I know that $61 isnt that big of a deal but it is still my money that they blatantly stole out of my account.
Everytime I speak to someone they tell me to wait 24 hours and that they are working with their accounting team. I call in the mornings, afternoon and evenings and get the same excuse every single time.
Has anyone else had these same issues and is there anyone who might be able to help me?
