Hi. Obviously this being my first post and my first thread, I am new to this site so if I am doing this wrong, I apologize ahead of time. I am at my wits end regarding this casino and their lack of really giving a damn. I am just asking for the $61 they stole out of my bank account and am being given thr run around. This is the only onlin casino I have ever deposited at and willl probably be the last.

On July 18th I deposited $40 and was approved. I lost it over a bit of time and decided to try another deposit which was declined. I immediately received a phne call from someone who explained they were having some server issues and I should try again. I did just that and was declined a second time. Both deposit attempts were for $30 each.

The next morning I woke up and found that both $30 attempts that were declined on their end were withdrawn from my checking account. Each withdrawal was for $31.61. I guess the .61 cents was some sort of fee. I called the casino and their line was down for 3 days. I finally got ahead of a human named "Steve" who told me they were having issues and the money would be refunded to me. Since then I have called dozens of times. Emailed them and tried every other form of communication to just receive the run around over and over. I know that $61 isnt that big of a deal but it is still my money that they blatantly stole out of my account.

Everytime I speak to someone they tell me to wait 24 hours and that they are working with their accounting team. I call in the mornings, afternoon and evenings and get the same excuse every single time.

Has anyone else had these same issues and is there anyone who might be able to help me?

Once again I appreciate any helpful feedback i can get.

I do not know much about this casino. I believe they are a Rival casino? If so, maybe KasinoKing sees this thread as he knows a lot about Rival.

I would also like to mention that I have seen several issues regarding this casino in the last couple of months. I believe that Max (the PAB guy) also has said that players should be careful with them (based on PAB cases).

Sorry you chose a bad casino for your first online experience - there are a lot of rogue casinos out there, but also a lot of decent ones too, who would never treat you as badly as Winbig21. You can start by looking at CM Casinos in the menu bar above.

Thank you to both of you who replied to this. I have filled out the bitch thing. My apologies for not doing that beforehand. I am not expecting to get my money back. I just want others to know this casino has stolen from me and has no problem with t. It is frustrating but I sincerely appreciate you taking the time to help me with the links and info
 
Winbig21 has the same manager as casino royal club.It took me 5 and a half months to recieve my withdrawl from casino royal club.I have a withdrawl from winbig21 thats going on over 3months now and nothing.I would say you will probably get your money back but it will take months:(

Wow ok thanks for the info. Sounds like they don't have enough money to pay their players much less those they stole from.
 
@Spurs21: please check your email and/or Private Messages. There are errors in your PAB that need to be corrected before we can proceed.
 
Late last month the OP told me his issue had been resolved, updating the thread accordingly.
