William Hill problems?

    Hello, I made a deposit which was taken off my credit card but did not appear on my casino account. Then I made a second deposit, but for 5 days neither my first deposit, nor the bonus was credited to my account.
    They do not reply to my e-mails, the given number does not work from here.
    What shall I do, where shall I turn? I have heard from another players that they had problems with customer services.

    I've played Will Hill many times. Never a problem. Just two days ago I made a $40 Neteller deposit. For some reason it didn't hit my account. I called Neteller got the Neteller code, called WH and the $40 plus the bonus was in there in 5 minutes.
    Where are you that the toll free number doesn't work?

    I completely sympathize with your problem. I have been on this forum before talking about a similar problem but no one seems to listen. My problem consisted of a Neteller deposit that was never credited to my Wm Hill account. I tried their international phone number which does not work from the U.S., at least my region. In addition, emails to support were rejected and live chat was unavailable. I had to finally contact Neteller and they worked the problem for me. Since your problem was not with Neteller, as a last resort you may have to contact your credit card company and they will take the charges off your bill. Hopefully someone from this forum has a better idea.

    will hill have several DIFFERENT accounts: sports book, casino, poker

    if i have to take a guess i'd say you have deposited into the sportsbook account instead of the casino account, i suggest you take a look at both sportsbook and poker accounts (same login name) to make sure the money isn't available there. if it is, either cashout or have it transferred to your casino account.

    if not, you can email customer support (less than effective). at any rate, credit card does give you several other means to dispute a claim. but i would check the other will hill acounts first :thumbsup:
