yes I contacted their live help about why I did not receive my comps. and they just ignored me and hung up. Their support is lousy I'd give em a 1.I cannot even log into the new updated will hill casino have to use the old one I have on cd and cant even access my info. I found out 28th now instead of 25th I will get my comps. from their site.You think they could have told me that instead of hanging up?
