So just because he's in the industry he can't voice an opinion that customers are somewhat responsible for their own decisions?

I’m no massive fan of a affiliate nor a casino fan boy

My posts here speak for themselves.
But jan is one decent man, regardless of his job or position he’s a genuinely decent person.

It’s pretty low to say he’s a some kind of bad person, that’s very far from the truth.

I’ve had many a contact with him and i assure you he’s a stand up genuine guy, yes I may disagree with rtp for example at his casinos but as a person he’s gone above and beyond to help me as a person and a player and his personal help has helped me a lot in the past.

yeah he’s a affy manager, I hate Streamers.
It makes no odds, jan is a good rep and active, and if your genuine I’d like to think he will help you as he has me and I’m no high roller or affiliate.

He’s always responded when needed and been beyond efficient, even on a weekend when he didn’t have to.
As many know I’ll happily speak my mind on a bad brand or someone whom I think isn’t decent, but labelling this guy in the manner you have is frankly insulting and a joke... he’s the most helpful rep personally I’ve seen on here since i darkened casinomeister doors...

I get nothing free, no perks no match bonus for saying this...
I’d be completely behind you if you called out a dodgy person or rep...

but sorry, your way off the Mark here, Jan is a top rep and one of the reasons i use CM as he helps.

What if there are only a few Casinos left where you can Deposit because you closed your accounts at other Casinos because of gambling problems? Uh, just an example. :)

Other Casinos close your Account btw INSTANTLY.

So, half of what you say makes absolute no sense, and it seems like you have no Idea of Responsible Gambling and there Players.

You are defending a Casino that took Over TWO WEEKS to close a Account of a possible problem Gambler.
Jeez, you are a grown man, get over it. Admit you have a gambling problem and deal with it, stop looking around for other people to blame and affiliate managers to insult.

Have I lost money I couldn't afford to lose - too right I have. Could there have been measures in place to stop me doing that - probably. But guess what, I made my own damn choices and I have to accept the consequences of that.

Grow up and try doing the same
