On Saturday night, I made a small deposit at WildSlots. Got lucky and made a withdrawal request for £200.

On monday, I received an email asking for a scan of my debit card. Fair enough, I should have realised that it was the first time I'd withdrawn to that particular card, and uploaded a scan.

Then this morning I received an email asking for a scan of my passport, which I have uploaded. Even though I've been verified at WildSlots, CasinoLuck and NextCasino for years now. Why didn't they ask for it on Monday, when they asked for a debit card scan?

I'm assuming they'll wait another few days and then request a proof of address.

All this time the withdrawal is marked as pending and reversible (which I won't be doing)

I know the proper procedure is to contact the CM rep. But I don't want any special treatment.
If this is how they treat their customers now, then everyone should know about it, rather than the rep hurrying things up, just because I'm a CM member.

Another problem was that an old bonus had been left on my account. I don't know if this is also normal now. But I only found out when I tried to make a withdrawal at £250 (my balance was at zero, when I made the deposit and there was no bonus balance when I tried to withdraw). So since it was, like 2am and there was no live chat available. I wagered through it.

Sadly lots of casinos use stalling methods. :(

There are still some good casinos that i mostly play at that doesnt do rogue stuff like that.

I closed my accounts at Casinoluck and Nextcasino a while back when there where strange things going on there. :eek2:
There are some threads in here about it.

This morning (Friday) I received an email saying they'd received my documents, and that "it will take the finance department 48 hours (business days) to approve your documents"
No doubt, once they have approved my documents (which will be on Monday). My withdrawal will be pending for their standard 48 hours and possibly processed on Wednesday 11 days after my initial withdrawal request

they did same to me.
after the KYC I've locked my account for one week to make sure I will not reverse it.
I advise you to do the same

All British casino, No Bonus Casino or Fun casino - just to name 3.
I already have an account at Allbritish. But was bonus-banned many years ago.

Although, now you mention it. I received this email in December...

Hi Brian,
We want you to receive your winnings as soon as possible.

Please go to All British Casino and log into your account for more information about the verification of your account. Once you’re verified, you will be able to withdraw without any issues.

Did you know that we process requests in less than 24 hours?
Kind regards,

The Great British Team,
Great British Excellence!

So I logged in to see if there was anything a miss. I couldn't see any problems, and my account was shown as being fully verified.

A few days later I started receiving bonus offers.

But since I haven't received anything to say I'm now not bonus-banned, and the offers were't that tempting, I haven't chanced taking any

It doesn’t particularly bother me as I NEVER reverse a withdrawal. Infact I very rarely even login to the casino until the money is in my bank but I have noticed recently that casinos seem to be doing everything in their power to delay payment. I had the same issue recently as @brianmon where a casino (mentioned above) needed my account verifying. I sent the necessary. 3 days later we need a photo of the original card which had expired but no problem I had foreseen this kind of issue so I had a photo of it. 3 days later “we need a clearer picture of your bank statement (it was actually an electricity bill) and it looked clear enough to me. To get a clearer picture I got as close as possible. 3 days later. We cannot accept this as it has to have all 4 corners visible (there was about 2 mm missing on one corner) and it was obviously another copy of the one I sent previously that was a little out of focus. I send it again and two weeks after my initial withdrawal I finally got paid but painful oh Lord it was painful.

That drives me bonkers.
You close-up so the digits are cyrstal clear but then you cant see the edging...you pull back for the edging and you get a request for a clearer picture.
I get my 77 yr old mother now to look at the pics. If she can see the numbers, the bloody casino, with a zoom button can

I swear some casinos expect you to be professional photographers. :p

Documents approved today. So now they can, apparently, process my withdrawal.
Although it is still marked as 'pending approval' on my account

8 days after the initial withdrawal request.... 'Payment now sent for processing'
And they reckon it'll take another 3-5 days to reach my bank

Actually surprised me that someone "clued up" as yourself decided to play here in the first place :what:

Don't need me or anyone else for that matter to tell you this but grab your dosh and never look back when they do finally pay.
Just testing the waters. it was only a £15 deposit which turned into a DOA wildline.
Although I'd never take a deposit bonus there.
Which is why I'm even more pissed off, as the wagering from some expired free spins was stuck on my account
