What are the reasons you have accredited certain casinos?

Vegas Country just sent me out a bonus email...it was $15 free, then if you deposit you get 100% bonus after you play through your money one time. (I missed that part at first) So I called and talked to a woman who "tried" to explain it to me, this is her words EXACTLY after I asked how come I hadn't received the bonus...."you should just play some more and maybe later tonight or tomorrow call back" This is no BS, I swear!!! During our conversation, if you call it that, I heard her say something about $20 more. We got off the phone and I played some more, I don't know exacly how much and called back. This time a nice man talked with me and credited my bonus almost immediately.

Now why couldn't the first woman do what the second man did or explain the bonus properly?

This is why I am asking you what brings you to have a casino accredited?

Just Play, nice to hear your voice again. :)Many casinos state that a bonus will be credited in a certain time frame (ie. usually in 5 minutes, but allow up to two hours).

But your answer from the first rep was vague...should have been more like "after you make $X in bets on slots". Please try to keep in mind that most casinos do not pay reps well and have high turnover, and not all casino reps are created equal. If you don't feel like your question has been answered satisfactorily, just keep asking. I never telephone, and always use livechat so there is a record of what was said. If they don't have a livechat, I don't play there.

And Casinomeister has the following criteria for accrediting casinos https://www.casinomeister.com/accredited-casinos/

If I remember correctly, one of the requirements for accreditation is having live chat/24 hour support. The woman you spoke to didnt have a clue to what you were asking and it is a situation thatneeds improvement on. However, to their credit the manager, or whoever he is, handled the issue well and this is good service in my book. Even the best companies have staff who screw up but this does not mean that their integrity is at stake. Jasminebed make good points in stating that reps and not paid well and some differ from others.

BTW, win more with your bonus JP.

Hey Chuchu.......with all due respect. :) live chat can't be one of the requirements since InetBet is on the accredited list. No live chat there.

I agree with you, but here's how I think of it.

Being accredited is like a 5 star restaurant...if a 5 star restaurant had bad service it wouldn't be such a good restaurant. It would be a 2 or 3 star restaurant. The people who were giving the bad service would be fired, or possibly retrained.

If casinos don't pay their reps well and have a high turnover then why is that casino accredited?

I also wrote a quick email last night about 9 or 10pm EST (to see how long it would take to get a reply), it is now just about 8am and no response....again and this is an accredited casino?

I don't think he was a manger, he was just another rep.

Even if good companies have staff who screw up and get complaints they get retrained or fired. This even happens at stores. My husband is a supervisor for a chain of stores (just like a 7-11) and when they get complaints they go to the person find out what happend and go from there. Retrained/written up/etc....If the same person gets so many complaints they get fired. His boss is very strick on customer complaints, and you know why? Because it makes his company look bad if customers are complaining, and they will eventually go to another store.

So if certain casinos get so many complaints, it makes Bryan look bad for having them accredited. (in my eyes)

Hi all,

I accredit casinos that meet the requirements to be on the site (which are listed on the Casino page) I also take player input to heart as well - and this is very much appreciated. Especially since I can't keep tabs on every casino that is listed 24 hours a day.

When you receive bad customer support, I need to know. I need to know so I can let the operators know that they have a problem they need to fix. I take this to heart since all the casinos listed are affected as well.

When you have crap service, let it be known (tactfully of course :p), and please contact the casino rep here as well. This way we can cover all of our bases, and that's what makes this community strong. we keep each other in check :D
