Why certain flash games not available in downloaded casino

Was wonder why certain flash games like Great czar is available in flash but not in downloaded casino which I play on 32Red. Btw Great Czar I only see in flash at 32Red but dont see it available in other microgaming flash casinos.
Also why are games thast are availble in downloaded version available in flash? like Dolhin Coast Ruby Nile etc

It is annoying, so many fruities in Flash, and only a handfull in download. Flash is not as good as the 10Gig cache is "in the cloud", so much more bandwidth is involved, which means the casino runs so slow that it winds me up. I haven't checked this out much with the new Quickfire, so maybe MGS have improved the performance of their newer Flash casinos. If you ARE playing a Quickfire variant, there may also be non MGS games too, and this is another reason why they will not be in the download MGS only lobby.

My opinion is that Microgaming's download casino solution is quite terrible and old fashioned. Can hardly believe that they are not doing a real makeover with this alternative. The flash casino is better, but not very good. The Quickfire solution is by far the best Microgaming alternative in my opinion (which actually is a bit ironic since it is primarily for typical non-microgaming casinos).
