Why can't casinos have volume controls?
They are pretty much all guilty of this, though MG casinos like Ladbrokes and 32 Red are the 'worst' in that they have the maximum volume 'goodbye' message you have to tolerate. You can't shut their software without them announcing loudly that you've just been playing there.
I can't think of many other kinds of software that absolutely force you to endure their maximum volume audio whims, and it's annoying (especially after a losing session) to have a voice ringing through the room rubbing it in.
Surely it wouldn't be hard to have proper volume controls within software and not have to be riding the windows volume control all the time, to cut out e.g. Patsy Kensit's booming, excited response to the dealer pulling a Blackjack against your 21.
