Slow Pay Why Bellerock

hey why is bellerock considered such a great place to play,, I just had my first payout there after many months of playing. I have been playing online casinos and bingo for several years. For the first time ever I am being sent a paper check. I requested my withdrawal with direct bank transfer, at the end it said if they could not verify account by ACH I would be sent a check. There is no reason they could not verify my account, my deposits are made by my debit visa on the very same account. All other sites I have ever played at have paid me by direct bank transfer or wire transfer, this is the first site ever not to. I sent emails for 3 days requesting that they please not send me a paper check,,, to contact me if they had any problem verifying my account. My emails were completely ignored until I sent one to the manager, asking why no one would answer me. Still did not hear from manager, only support saying they sent me a paper check, replied to an email from 2 days ago in which I explicitly stated I did not want a paper check. I will now wait 21 days for my check and my bank will put a 30 day hold on the check. Do you think I will ever play at this casino group again? NO; I will not. I always have my payouts in less than 7 days and we are talking 6 other sites I play on a regular basis. So thanks to Bellerock for nothing, a lousy 500 dollars after months of playing and 2 months to get the 500 dollars
 
I won't ever play there again either. Last year when Bush signed that law, I had a $30 balance. I asked to withdraw it since RiverBelle wasn't going to allow US players. I emailed at least 10 times asking why my withdrawal wasn't being processed. I never received a single reply from them. About 4 months ago, I finally received an email from them. The email said that they were charging $30/month for dormant accounts and that I now had a $0 balance. Grrrrrrrrr.

So Sorry 2young that is disgusting,,, well I thought since they were on casinomeister they would be good, but after many months of playing there and my only cashout,,, i see that their customer service is only quick when you are giving them money, not when they need to give some back. same with your case,,, United States players beware
 
It may have taken a little time to get your money, but at least you got it.


You should really put the blame where it belongs, on a stupid law that was passed in a back room in the middle of the night to control what Americas can or can not do with their own money.

I'll guarantee you that if BelleRock could pay players in a few hours they would be overjoyed to do so. So put the blame where it belongs, on the stupid law makers in Washington D.C. that caused all this mess of late and non-payments in the first place.

All the other casinos I play at do not Pay with a paper check,,, only bellerock,,, tells me they don't care about me as a player,,, they get my money from my account in less than 3 days,, I should receive the same courtesy and i still don't know if I get it,, because it aint here yet.
 
I have cashed out several times this weel at River Bell
to my Quicktender account 48 hrs tops

so maybe you should inquire bout getting a Quicktender account

I personally dont want no paper checks
to many are bouncing worst then rubber balls

That is the reason for the paper check, no doubt but it does NOT excuse the terrible customer service, completely ignoring emails...inexcusable!
 
well riverbelle never offered me a quicktender account but another casino group has. Have never heard of quicktender, but apparently doing well in the united states going to try to find website now ty for info but I am still done with riverbelle since they dont care about me.

That's what ticked me off the most..... they completely ignored my emails. I get paper checks from Fortune Lounge group casinos. I'd rather not, but I didn't have a choice until I just got a Quicktender invite last week. But RiverBelle..... heck it was only $30. If they had just replied to me that they couldn't process a withdrawal for that amount, I would've been "oh well, that's the breaks". Up until that time, I could get a withdrawal within 48 hours from them straight to my bank account for as little as $25. They've always had a good reputation and I had always been treated very well by them in the past. But I'm holding a grudge. The most I can do now is never deposit at their casino again and give them all poor ratings at Gone Gambling (which I do each and every week cuz it makes me feel a teensy bit better!) :p
