Hi all, hope you can help...
I have few missing withrawals from online casino. Its been over 2 months now and it looks like is going nowhere
The casino provide a screenshot to prove that they processed my withrawals and adviced me to go to my bank so they can trace the missing transfers. But the bank is saying that is the casino is responsible to trace the withrawals and the bank cant trace it.
I have sent it an email to the debitcarddesputies and got the email back that they can't help me and i need to contact the merchant.
I am stuck between casino and bank.
Is anyone have any idea how to deal with the situation?
