Who is responsible to track my missing withrawals ?

Hi all, hope you can help...

I have few missing withrawals from online casino. Its been over 2 months now and it looks like is going nowhere:(

The casino provide a screenshot to prove that they processed my withrawals and adviced me to go to my bank so they can trace the missing transfers. But the bank is saying that is the casino is responsible to trace the withrawals and the bank cant trace it.
I have sent it an email to the debitcarddesputies and got the email back that they can't help me and i need to contact the merchant.

I am stuck between casino and bank.

Is anyone have any idea how to deal with the situation? :confused::(

Hi

Same way as i have done the deposit - visa debit card.
I have made 10 withrawals in total.
5 of them i have recived but 5 of them are missing☹

Hi

Just came back from the bank as Conor advised me to show the screenshot from casino visa resolve online as a prove that the money was sent.

Unfortunately bank cant help me.

They said that Trada Casino need put trace on it and recall the money as the money never reached my account.

I got my bank statement to prove that the money never reached my account and thats the only thing the bank can do in this case for me.

Yes, i am upsed because as soon i get some hope from one site the other site is putting blame on the other and seems to be like never ending story
